This very spacious spot was a great basecamp for exploring all of Kauai.
My family and I stayed at this vrbo in 2023 and absolutely had one of the most memorable experiences that we have ever had. Not only was it clean, spacious, safe, conveniently located adjacent to many ideal spots that are family friendly (Hanalei, Foodland, Anini Beacb, etc) , the communication was prompt and helpful. We decided to return this year, in 2025, and overall enjoyed the experience once again. There were, however, issues that we encountered this time around that are to be expected , but nonetheless troubling: cockroaches, some mature adults and some nymphs. About 12-14 in total mainly found around the sinks and a few in the bathrooms. We made sure to throw away any remnants of food daily. Thankfully, our property manager responded promptly and offered to either fumigate or deliver some basic pest traps to plave around the condo. Overall, we would recommend the condo despite the aforementioned issue. Most likely, it was an anomaly.
Great Princeville condo. We enjoyed our stay at Emmalani court and I would return. This is an end unit on the 2nd floor of a 2-story walk up. As soon as we arrived I was amazed at how much space this condo has. During the day it got a nice breeze if we had the windows and screen door open. It was nice to have AC to sleep with. We have had some other condos where chickens woke us up but that really wasn't an issue here. Everyday we loved seeing nene goose walk about on the lawn in the morning sunshine. This unit is a pretty close walk to the pool. The pool and hot tub were adequate. The lounge area by the pool was nice. My kids only complaint was that they wished there more kids hanging by the pool to swim with. Overall a great place. It had a LARGE rolling cooler available. I would have preferred a smaller one we could carry with us. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. I appreciated having a little cooking oil, S&P and sugar. The property manager's communication by email and phone was excellent and friendly. Mahalo

Great location in Princeville. Spacious and clean condo near the ocean. Well supplied with linens and kitchen ware. Very nice!
We really enjoyed this stay and it was perfect for our family with two small kids. The sunsets were incredible and we could walk out to see whales every evening. Would highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat!
Location was perfect. Even a view of the ocean, though distant. Comfortable beds, handy kitchen, great shower. What more could you want for a romantic week?
Condo very spacious, clean and had very nice layout. Unfortunately this unit is located next to the green of a golf course and they start kawn care begor the sun comes up.

This unit was awesome for a family of four. Spacious and lots of privacy when needed. Has everything you would need for a visit to Kauai. quiet and perfectly located to visit the north and east shores.
The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to Hideaways, Querns Bath and more. Best sunset views right out in front of the unit. The unit needed a bit of TLC though, but overall, it was great for my wife and I and our 3 teens.
This was our second year staying here, and it continues to be the perfect spot for our family vacation with young kids. The condo was well-supplied, in a great spot, and the property management company was really easy to communicate with. We definitely hope to stay here again!
Great location, about 1/2 mile walk to hideaways beach. Unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would have like to have some beach umbrellas
We have stayed Emmalani court before, but not in this unit. The unit is in the first building as you drive in on the right, at the end of the walkway and located upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwashing soap, dishwashing liquid coffee maker, and any kitchen utensil that you could possibly think of. The icemaker is currently not working, but there are MANY ice trays which make packing an ice chest easy. There is also a good sized ice chest that rolls, three adult beach chairs, two child size beach chairs, a boogie board, snorkeling, equipment, children’s sand toys. The washer and dryer came in very handy, so you can pack lightly. There are also plenty of beach towels in the master bathroom closet and lots of clothes hangers. The unit is very spacious and the air conditioning units work great. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the owner and management team for offering and allowing us to stay in this beautiful unit.
We found this home to be well maintained with all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. The living room views of the golf course and ocean are lovely. Be sure to walk to the ocean front area at sunset. Breathtaking! We used the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment daily. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay in this condo! It exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless. AC isn't common for rentals on Kauai, but we really loved coming home after a long day in the sun and being able to turn the AC on to enjoy cooler temperatures in the condo. It was definitely a bonus.I'm a huge bed snob due to a very serious back injury I've had. I won't rent a condo if I don't see any mention of the quality of the mattress or read that the beds were comfy. A bad mattress can literally make me lose mobility for the trip we're on. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the mattresses. It was a little firmer than I've slept on before, so I was worried when we first arrived. But, I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable I slept for the eight nights we stayed. My husband thought the bed was a win as well.The open windows that look out on the golf course was a beautiful sight. People come from all over Princeville to watch the sunset on the Makai golf course, and we loved that we could take a very short, 2 minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean to watch it each evening.The kitchen had everything we needed. We ended up eating at home much more than we expected because we enjoyed the spacious and cool condo so much. There was snorkel gear, a cooler, beach chairs, and even a boogie board to use. The cooler was great to pack sandwiches and drinks in so we could spend the entire day at the beach. The beach chairs were the nice ones you could pack on your back, which came in handy for the hikes down to some of the beaches we went to.The washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We were able to pack much lighter knowing we had a way to wash bathing suits and cloths.We were so pleased with this condo. We'd come back to this same rental in a heartbeat.
This was the perfect spot for our family of six. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and ending the evenings in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Highly recommend this lovely condominium ! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back to visit!

Our stay at Emmalani Court was perfect. Situated in a nice quiet complex on a golf course, it provided a relaxing week in the sun. The condo was beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and for those of us who appreciate a cool night sleep, the AC was much appreciated. Hali was excellent on the property management team. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We will be back.
We had great communication with the property management. Easy check in and check out process. Clean with smoke towels, cooler, beach chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of rainbow over the ocean on our first day. Lots of books to read.
Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance issues while we were there. But everything else was great.
Appreciated flexibility with late check out options and would stay here again. One of the most beautiful places in this special island.
The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great setup for our family of 5. Location was great and the pool area was great for a poolside BBQ dinner.
