A perfect week in Maui at the perfect location
The condo was perfect. The location was perfect. The owners were perfect. The manager (Rachel) was perfect. The cat (Bud) was purrfect.
The owners of this unit went out of their way to answer all our questions, offer suggestions of things to do and places to eat appropriate for our age and circumstances. The unit was as advertised and in a great location for all that Wailea has to offer. The only problem we had (that the owners had absolutely no control over) related to the people staying in the unit above us. They paced the floors above our head wearing what sounded like very heavy footwear every night from 8PM to around midnight or 1AM. This made sleep very difficult. We saw these people get into their car...there were 3 adults...no children. Based on this experience, we would definitely rent a second floor unit if we came back to this complex as it did not make for a restful trip.
We loved staying in Christine’s and Colin’s condo. Beautiful, clean, very comfortable, the best Vrbo kitchen, lovely lanai with ocean view that we spent so much time on. The location is also perfect. There are so many more wonderful things about this place. Christine and Colin are kind and thoughtful hosts. We want to come back to your condo!
Great location wonderful views
Our stay was excellent. The condo and location were exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
This is a well-maintained property with a beautiful view. Property is renovated and in great condition. We were greeted by a wine cooler full of beverages and told to help ourselves by very cordial welcoming sign. Pantry was well stocked with herbs and spices, oils and vinegars, sugars, and sweeteners, and enough coffee to get us through the week. The host is most informative. With their help and advice we had booked most of our dinners before arrival. Location is superb for accessing many marvelous speeches, Dining, shopping, golf, and swimming in the lovely community pool, which was very warm and on crowded . The master bath shower is marvelous. The second shower is also fantastic.
I highly recommend this unit for a splurge get away for a couple. As in most of these units, the second bedroom is not equal to the first, so I can even split between two couples would not be advisable. The second bedroom would be very comfortable for a couple of kids.
Very great experience.
Check in was smooth and went according to owner’s instruction. A few minor problems we encountered during this stay. The master bedroom had no cable service for three days but mysteriously came back on on the last night. There was construction outside and was noisy at times. Otherwise, the unit is as advertised. They do have a lot ants. Even a very small piece of food not washed through in the sink will attract a group of ants in no time. Overall, it is a very nice unit.
Such a lovely property! We will definitely be back.
