Our stay was wonderful in every aspect and it all starts here. Great property, great location, great overall experience. We would recommend and would stay here again without a doubt.
Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a nice ocean view and close to swimming pool. A couple insignificant repairs noted by owner not a problem. Difficulty finding unit after dark being given the wrong street address and hard to communicate with service for directions. In the end both minor issues. We had a seamless stay there with no problem always finding a parking space a few feet from the door. I'd give it a 5 star rating.
We have stayed in Wailea Ekolu many times and love it for the views, convenience, quiet, and pool! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for two couples or a family. Nice pool on the property and beach is a short drive away. Amenities inside the condo were very nicely stocked and we never found that something we needed the property did not have. Views from the lanai are amazing. Bring binoculars you can whale watch right from the lanai.

The washer/dryer and ice machine did not work. Exposed electrical wiring. lanai shades did not work. Trees/bushes need prunning and are blocking the view. Irrigation system sprays water into the rental unit if windows or lanai door is open. Management company was notified many times with no results. Living furniture not comfortable. Mold and midew smeill from bathroom vanity. The list continues....

The view from this condo is spectacular. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, it definitely was suitable for our stay and I would not hesitate to book again in hopes that the caretakers act on some of the issues we had. When planning our visit I reached out to ask what equipment was available in the condo and was told there would be enough beach chairs for each guest but was given a vague answer as to what else was there so we added a cooler to our rental, along with a wagon and an umbrella, only to find out that there were actually two coolers already in the condo. The one portrayed on the website was not the one actually delivered to the condo, it was big and bulky and we wouldn't have been able to use it anyway and didn't. The whole rental process and dealing with CBvacations that manages this property was seamless. One of our party had medication that had been forgotten on the mainland, it was delivered to the main office location on a day that we were gone for the whole day so they brought the package to the condo for us and that was very appreciated. So about the condo...The pocket door in the bathroom broke on arrival... one of us got stuck in there HA! first we could not get it open then it would not close, however the Aloha was strong so we just dealt with it. A representative brought a tension rod and a curtain so at least we had some privacy and 2 people could utilize the space more realistically.The AC in the living room is not adequate for the space and does not cool it down well at all. I feel that they need a ductless unit in the living room located more centrally and not down in the bottom of a corner. The AC units in the bedrooms worked great. We were there in August so leaving doors and windows open for a cross breeze was not an option. Our 8th year at this unit. Every year is totally positive.
The apartment has a great ocean view, a short drive to the beach, shopping and fine dining. Or a short walk to the popular Monkeypod restaurant and the Market grocery store. Nice wide screen TV too.
This location was perfect for us. The property was well stocked with essentials for a longer stay. The pool area was clean and quiet. Location was excellent for both walking and swimming . The Lanai was great for sunset.

It is hard for me to describe this, but our first impression was a cockroach running in the bedroom. Understanding this is a tropical location still many insects were running around. The property is old and needs some upgrading to accommodate modern conveniences today. Also a new coat of paint is recommended by this user. Other than that, if you are looking for property to just sleep at with a location to restaurants and shopping, this is your place.

The unit was clean, ready and lovely cool inside temp when we arrived. The rental folks checked in with us that afternoon to make sure everything was as needed. We were in walking distance to restaurants, coffee spots, the Shops at Waelia and the beachside walking path. Our unit was located toward the upper part of the complex, so some hills were involved in our walks, but we were close to the pool and had a lovely ocean view. The rental agency was very pleasant and quickly responsive. We would definatly recommend them to anyone in the future.
