We have had many visits to Ekahi and 21C was perfect. Super fast and easy walk to the main pool ocean. Ample space for our young family of 4. All the amenities you need. Clean and updated space. Owners were so nice and answered all our questions through the booking and check in process. Property manager was great. Would definitely rent here again!
My family had a great stay in the unit at Ekahi Village. Location to the pool, pavilion and beach was great. You can hear the waves crashing from the lanai. The bed was comfortable for myself and my husband and our two young kids fit great on the sofa bed. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and pool floaties we put to good use. We would definitely come back!
Great communication on all levels with host and condo manager. Location great! Close to beach two pools, barbecue, and pickle ball!Very nice furnishings and all updated. We will return!!
My husband and I stayed at Terri and Dave’s Ekhai home for two weeks in February 2025. For those who have not stayed at Ekhai before, the complex is our favourite over the last 12 years of visiting the island as it is spread over acres of green space and has direct ocean access that doesn’t feel like a hotel yet very comfortable. Terri and Dave’s updated unit is tucked away from the main ocean views but is so close to the pavilion and beach you can hear the waves at night and from the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked, including Tupperware-type reusable containers with lids that fit (IKYK…) for leftovers or taking food to the beach, the master bed very comfortable with high quality linens and shower with plenty of hot water to wash off the salt from the ocean. Beach chairs and various toys available too. Shannon their property manager replaced pillows quickly when I mentioned the ones in the bedroom had run their course and they may want to think of replacing for the next guests. A service. This unit was perfect for two adults and could have accommodated a family of 3 or 4 if comfortable sleeping on pull-out or trundle mattress, but with one bathroom would be tight. Highly recommend.
Great time in Maui, love the area and all there is to do.
We had a great stay at Terri and Dave’s place. The location can’t be beat, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the convenience of leaving our things there while heading down to the beach to splash in the ocean. The condo had all of the conveniences of home and together it made for a wonderful and memorable stay!
Close proximity to beach and pool area. Beach toys, beach chairs/towels, pickleball equipment and boogie boards - all made for an enjoyable time during our stay in Maui. We love the shuffleboard courts and cornhole area that allow our family to play together and enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets. Owners very easy to communicate with and responded to us in very quick and professional manner. Really enjoyed our time in Maui and at this condo community.
The unit is in a decent location but Ekahi punch codes for beach and pool access is annoying. The unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, stale musky order inside. All furniture should be replaced (incl beach furniture), black mold washing machine gasket, main patio under construction, gardens on both patios are dirt/mud and need attention.
Loved the easy walk to the pavilion and smaller pool. Over Thanksgiving, big pool got crowded and noisy but the following Mon-Thursday were quiet and lovely. Could have used a few more kitchen accessories-tin foil, more tupperware with the correct lids, tea towels, microwaveable dishes-and maybe instructions on the TV remotes! but otherwise it was great. Hope to come back.
We've stayed at many condos on Maui - this is by far the best! Super clean, upscale condo that works perfectly for a couple. Comfy bed, quiet A/C units, full kitchen, and many beach toys/chairs/coolers. Great responsive owner and on island manager. What's not to like! We hope to stay here again.

Ekahi is the best location on the island. The condo was great, close to the beach and pool.
We stayed for a week. The condo is very quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was updated and beautiful on the inside. The condo is a very easy and quick walk to the oceanfront pool complex (an amazing place to relax) but you don’t see or hear the pool area from the condo, which is perfect. The owner was super friendly and responsive. We’ve stayed at Ekahi many times and would absolutely come back to this unit. Thanks for the great stay!
Didn’t feel clean, not a wine glass in the place, oldest towels ever experienced and only 2 for a weeks stay. And AC in bedroom not working well. Felt very stuffy, hard to sleep
21C is located perfectly for our pickle-ball and beach needs. The beautiful common area pavilion and beach access are a short walk. We could hear pickle-ball activity by cracking a window. The unit received a high end remodel that is very fresh.
The patio could have been cleaner, but a hose and broom were available. Thinnest TP ever - we bought a dozen rolls for the condo.
We had a lovely stay. The host was super responsive and easy to deal with. Same for the property manager. We had a couple questions come up while at the condo and the property manager was super helpful and very very fast to respond.
