Loved everything. Well maintained and stocked. Could not have asked for more!
This is a nice condo. The kitchen is well stocked but it would be more convenient to have a normal height dining table inside the kitchen area with at least 4 chairs instead of just a high bistro table with only 2 chairs. At least one light is out in the kitchen. There is no shampoo, etc. in the bathrooms which is surprising for the amount being charged for the unit. The washer and dryer are functional but need cleaning/maintenance. The washer contains mold in and underneath the removeable detergent dispenser and the rubber rings at the front of the washer are coated in mold. This is not ideal for washing linens and towels in a sanitary manner. The dryer has visible sand in the glass part of the door. Once again for the amount being charged for the unit this was quite surprising and disappointing. All in all it was fine but perhaps the owners need to catch up on some basic maintenance.
We really enjoyed staying at Ekahi Village! The condo is tastefully updated with quality finishes and nice decor. It's very well-equipped for outdoor activities, and they have included just about everything you could possibly need for cooking, too - including seasonings, etc.
The owners were very communicative and conscientious, which we appreciated.
The condo is within walking distance of the shops at Wailea, and several beaches. The Ekahi Village grounds are expansive, beautiful, and well-kept. We definitely wished there was at least one hot tub on site. That is our only negative feedback point!
This one bedroom condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4. One teen slept on the couch sofa and the other on a mattress on the floor. Once day hit, we’d pack up the beds and have a living space that we barely used since we were off to the beaches, pools, shopping and snorkel tours!
When we cooked (kitchen had everything we needed) we would eat outside at the 4 top table and enjoy the views of the ocean in one direction and courtyard with beautiful foliage in another.
Every morning we’d walk along the paved beach path and loop back home through the Shops at Wailea to grab spam musubi and fruit for breakfast at the market. Everything you could want is right here!
And if it isn’t Kihei was a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive and is such a fun surf town!
Excellent communication with owner. Property was very clean and location is great, short walk to everything - pools, beach, shops. While not directly on the water, there is a water view from the patio and a good chance of spotting humpback whales when they’re there. Gardens in the immediate vicinity are spectacular.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay with our 5 month old daughter for a family wedding. The rest of our families were staying within this village, so we were excited to find this property. It was perfect!
Michael was fantastic and extremely prompt sending information over before we arrived—we felt effortlessly and extremely prepared before arriving. Once we arrived, access was a breeze thanks to the digital keypads, already programmed uniquely for us.
Not only does the unit have everything you need (washer/dryer, towels, pots, pans, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker and so much more—even umbrellas, snorkel and fin sets, beach toys), they even had a great “pack and play” for us to use for our 5 month old daughter—saving us the need to drag ours through the airport. 🙌
The communication was fantastic. Smart TVs in every room, good WiFi and two AC units that really helped us stay comfy! A quick walk to shops, grocery, and the beach.
All this to say, we couldn’t recommend this property or the hosts enough. We will be back! Thank you!
My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in November. It was perfect! Large super comfortable bed, having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, fully stocked kitchen, great lanai, washer and dryer. Check in was smooth, communication with host was great. Really could not have asked for more. Highly recommend!!!
Wow wow wow!!! This place was so perfect. My husband and I visited Maui for a quick overnight stay, and this rental is EXACTLY what we wanted. Definitely hope to book this place again in the future. It felt like a home away from home…
