Amazing view and nightly sunsets. There were some issues with appliances but Jude was quick to resolve any concerns we had. He was a lovely host to work with. We were not quite so aware of the homeless population that slept on the beach right near us and hung out around the streets of the property, this was a deterrent from going to the beach at night. The police did have a stronger presence part way into our trip and this seemed to clear some of the amount of people for a short time. Great location otherwise, close to food, airport, easy to get to many attractions.

Aloha Villas exceeded every expectation with its perfect location, access to beach and pool with every amenity available to us making our stay worry free and unbelievably comfortable! Jude was outstanding with communication when we had questions. Our family enjoyed every second of our time in Maui! Mahalo!!

Such a wonderful place for a family vacation! The beach was perfect for our young kids--super gentle waves. Neither of my kids can swim and I wasn't worried about them getting knocked over in the water. We saw multiple sea turtles on the beach too! The pool on-site was another great addition. I didn't think we would use it that much but we ended up there every afternoon. The "jacuzzi" is the same temperature as the pool so it was the perfect wading pool for my non-swimming kids. And there were TONS of beach/pool gear on-site to use. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, toys, snorkel gear, etc. The only possible negative for some may be that the property is located near a church that offers free meals to people experiencing homelessness so you will see unhoused persons on the beach occasionally. This did not bother our family and we never felt unsafe because of it.

Villa 2 on second floor has the best view! Jude's rental was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great beds and showers! Sea turtles on the beach at night, beautiful sunsets and scenery, heated pool, responsive host, and many amenities for pool and beach including snorkeling gear and pool toys left from previous guests. The beach out front is a bit rocky and very windy in afternoons. We loved Charlie Young beach about 5 minutes away but our favorite was Maluaka in Wailea (20 min away) for the clear water, snorkeling, and afternoon waves. There is a church nearby that feeds the homeless and, as a result, always 1-3 roaming in the area or sleeping on the lawn. Never felt unsafe with multiple access codes, gates, and locks. Enjoyed Nalu's, Peace/Love/Shave Ice, and WOW WOW Lemonade acai bowls - all so close! Would absolutely return to this special piece of paradise!

Unbelievable amount of space both inside and out. Spacious kitchen and living room area - flow onto deck with epic ocean view. Right on the beach with long walks both directions.

My wife and I rented all 4 units at Aloha Villas for a week long stay on Maui. We had 10 adults and 9 children and we couldn't have found a better location on the island.

Each family had their own 3 bedroom 3 bath units, and there was plenty of living area. Kids really enjoyed the pool area and the grass area near the beach. The units were fully equipped and beautifully decorated.

Property Manager Jude was an excellent host! He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the facilities.

Even though it's an expensive price tag when you take on all 4 units, it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

I highly recommend Aloha Villas!!!@
