It is a great place overall. In the second bedroom There is no lamp that comes on with the switch. The lamp on the dresser has no bulb and when we put one in it still did not work. The breezes were great. Sreens on the door and window would be fantastic so no unwanted visitors fly in. Early check in and late check out availability was perfect for us. Thanks so much.

Great location, and the ocean-facing lanai was wonderful. Microwave didn't work. The kitchen was pretty poorly equipped. No bedspread or duvet of any kind on bed in second bedroom. Hangers were a pain to use--they don't come off the clothing rod. No privacy because window coverings are all sheer to semi-sheer and there are other condos right next door. The one bathroom was adequate pretty small. In general, a dated property that could really use a number of upgrades to make it more comfortable.

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and stores and the beach. Nice place. Clean. The best place to watch sunsets from your lanai.

We loved the location, the cleanliness and view from the lanai in the condo. However we were very surprised to find out that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. Not at all private when there are 2 couples staying together. Had to go to the bathroom to change clothes. This was not included in the description, which it needs to be!

This was the perfect waterfront apartment, not too mixed into the chaos of the heart of Waikiki but easily accessible just down the road! The beds were so comfortable, and we really loved taking just a few steps outside to be on the beautiful beach.

Being on the end with the large balcony overlooking the water was great. The furniture is quite dated however. The biggest problem was the lock on the front door was broken and we did not get a response back in time from the owner before we were in a place where we couldn’t respond. There was no one at the front desk for us to report the problem. As a result, the door lock wasn’t fixed until the next day and only because one of us stayed behind and was able to wait for someone at the desk to appear.
Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Thank you for helping us so quickly when we got locked out. We appreciate all your prompt attention, and the whole Hawaiian experience we had here. This was a great place to take our vacation.

Communication with Mark was timely and check-in was a breeze. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waikiki, accessible, but out of the hubbub. Though the units themselves are pretty quiet the area is noisy with planes and helicopters flying overhead, weed whackers, construction (while we were there), and one night the distress of a woman having a mental breakdown on the street. As long as you're not looking for tranquility more likely outside the city, I highly recommend this condo.

Would certainly recommend and again, would stay here again, if the opportunity presents itself.
