Good base camp for all of what the island has to offer. Parking on the beach side of the building is cheaper than surrounding options.
Great location, bathroom could do with touch up also plumbing in the shower needs maintenance as plunging isn’t something guest should have to do to ensure bathroom doesn’t flood while showering.
The location was awesome. Right next to the Hilton. Other then that all of us had sinus issues. The vents were awful, we had to call maintenance since the shower would not drain after our first shower and old sand and gross stuff started to raise from the drain. The place needs updating. The bedding lacks and the bed was like sleeping on the floor. I’d recommend bringing an extra blanket and comfy pillows if you come here. Again the view outside of was what I paid for so I guess it did it’s job and everything else just made us not get comfy in the room. Will I stay here again. No. Got some good ideas for next time though.
The room was clean and close to everything....including the lagoon and beach
This condo is in a great location! Close to everything specially the beach. There’s a market in the lobby and Dave’s ice cream. There’s a restaurant at the top floor with amazing views. Everything was great except the bathroom could have been better if they remodeled it or bleached the entire shower. We were out and about so it didn’t bother me that much! Bring water shoes to the beach so you can enjoy it since there’s lots of rocks in the water.
We loved our stay here! Location is convenient, view is amazing, hotel is clean and we had everything we needed . The only issue we had was hot water going in and out a LOT! I had to take cold showers a couple of nights and this is something you don’t want to have to experience while in such an amazing vacation destination
Loved Hawaii, but the condo at the Ilikai Hotel needs updating. The condo was listed as "deluxe updated", I would have to disagree, the bathroom especially the shower stall was horrible, rust and mold around the bottom, the walls look like they have soap residue on it all the time. The vent is covered in rust. The mirror is deteriorating because of humidy. The bathroom door would not close.
The tile flooring throughout the unit needs cleaning, especially the grout, in the center the grout looks grey/black but at the edges it is neutral beige color, on closer inspection the tiles were just dirty.
Overall very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit.
Wonderful view. Perfect location. Unit could use refreshing but super place n Waikiki Close to everything. Decent shopping and restaurant onsite.
