The only competitiveness is that the price is cheaper than other units. Indoor facilities are not suitable for guests for long-term rest. There is no desk to work with, and kitchenware is too poor. The carpet in the room is not kept clean, and the rest facilities on the terrace are too old and less useful. Also, one room could not be used because there was only one closet full of owner's things and a portable bed that was not useful. But these points can be prejudices according to our lifestyle. The building's fitness center and swimming pool facilities are good for relaxation, and all the staff in charge are very kind. For us who like to walk, Waikiki Beach and another beach are located just enough away for a walk.

Needed many maintenance , Air Conditioner filter, Washer and Dryer,AC plug, Fire Alarm, Door Lock to Lanai ,light bulb was many things we have to complain to management company which we didn't deserve.How come they didn't check before guest stay???Each room has Closet , But it was filled Owner's stuff, which means we couldn't hung our cloths. Matress was stinky, made our cloths stinky,too. I had many stress about this stay, room was so dusty, we started cleaning first day we got there.Wiped TV board, all shelf , cleaned sheets, vacuum...We cleaned twice a day, vacuum and wiped floor but still so many dust ...
