Great location and the property was clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful to provide advice when a tsunami was headed for the island. I was surprised but not shocked that there was no A/C (the listing is accurate). There were 3 fans available but given the heat, I do wish there were a few more!

Check in was super easy; the host provided all the info needed with great directions.The living room sleeper sofa was the best I have ever slept on! It wasn’t a saggy fold-up mattress; it was a firm surface. I may buy one for my own house! It was too hot for the kids to sleep upstairs, and the couches upstairs were not real beds (though my kids probably wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t so hot).

We enjoyed a peaceful stay in a great location on the North Shore, within walking distance of Turtle Bay and its beautiful beaches. The beach equipment provided was very helpful for our days by the ocean. The bed and toddler crib were comfortable, making it easy for our little one to rest well.However, the apartment did have some downsides. We encountered bugs like cockroaches and lizards inside, which was a bit unsettling. Also, there is no air conditioning (as listed), so it got quite hot indoors at times.Overall, this place is a good option for those seeking tranquility and proximity to Turtle Bay’s natural beauty, but be prepared for some insect visitors and warm temperatures without AC.
The condo was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed our stay. One thing I would have liked was if the pull it bed was up stairs but other then that the home was great.
This area is beautiful, but the listing was not accurate. It was supposed to have 3 futons in the loft and there wasn’t any futon at all; just a sofa, loveseat and small chaise lounge. We had to use a small foam pad as our extra bed. There is also no blow dryer. One of our blankets was dirty. The grounds are lovely and walking distance from Turtle Bay.

Nice place. Great location. Love access to the beach, trails, and pool. Perfect for our needs. Would prefer beds upstairs instead of couches/futons.
Our family stayed here for two nights. The screen door on the slider fell off every time when trying to open or close it. There were a lot of bugs inside, including beetles, flies, and lots of other small bugs. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom one night, and it quickly scurried under the washer and dryer. There was mold (and looked like black mold) on the living room and bedroom curtains. The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival and we used cleaning wipes that were very dirty after a few brief swipes. There was also a cutting board that was moldy with small bugs crawling on it. After sharing this feedback with the host, the response was, “thank you for the feedback and information. It’s much appreciated.” I’ll also note that we were aware there was no AC and were okay when booking it, but it was very uncomfortable even with all fans on high.
The location is nice and the property is well equipped. It will be nice if all the sleeping areas have shades to block off the morning light. Luckily we happened to have eye masks so it wasn’t an issue for us.
We stayed here to celebrate my son's 17th bday. It was perfect! The 5 of us in the family plus a few of his friends hung out at the pool, BBQ'd, and surfed all day. Tons of fun! We would definitely come back for another staycation.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The main bed was comfortable. The water filter in the fridge was appreciated. The condo is a 3 minute drive to the Turtle Bay beach. The condo was supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, and cooler. No AC but fans are provided and we were comfortable.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The quick walk to the beach and Turtle Bay Stables was perfect for our young children. The condo is setup with beach and sports gear that was great (boogie board, beach umbrella and sand toys!)

Fantastic trip. Location was perfect for our family to explore the North Shore. Host was great at communicating and very helpful.
We had such a great time on Oahu and this condo was perfect. It was a great location. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was a ten minute walk to the beach and walking trails which was amazing and a close drive to many other fun things. Our kids loved getting to walk to the stables. I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Oahu.

This is a wonderful unit located near Turtle Bay resort. Our kids loved the included beach activities and the three pools it has access to. We played pickleball on the courts.
The only downside for us was the lack of air conditioning, we had come from Canada’s winter and struggled but maybe other's wouldn’t.
We loved at our stay at this unit! Easy dealings with the property manager and the unit was just as described.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Da Koa Bar. It was very clean and had everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It is a short walk to the beach and to Turtle Bay Resort. Tom was very helpful and let us check in earlier because we had planned to go to a luau the same day and our schedule was a bit tight.
