This is our second time renting from Steve. He is excellent at communication and getting back to us if we had a question. The home is spotless and located in a beautiful, safe community. The home has everything you need. I highly recommend!
This place was wonderful and had everything that my young family needed for a month long stay. Steve was great to work with and was easy to get a hold of. The additional rental of the golf cart made it really easy to get to and from the beach without needing to wait for any parking. The beach is also not that far of a walk. The place was equipped with beach toys, towels, a pack and play, A/C in every room, a nearby pool and hot tub and all of the necessary things for a long stay. We loved our stay and would be happy to stay there again in the future. We highly recommend!

This was the second time my family and I stayed here - we enjoyed it so much the first time we knew we had to return! Location is amazing - love walking to the lagoons and nearby resorts, restaurants, and golf club. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to feel at home!
It was wonderful to stay at Steve's property in Ko'Olina. Check in was flawless. Steve was easily available for any questions. The home was very clean which is very important to us. Steve had all supplies needed for an amazing stay. We are regulars in Hawaii due to family living in the area. We appreciate a clean and quiet place to enjoy our family. We will be back! This was the perfect spot for our family’s month-long stay on Oahu. The access to the community’s pool, fitness center, and walkability to beaches, restaurants, and shopping was wonderful. The host was very responsive to messages before and during the stay, and the house itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. If you’re looking to stay in Ko’Olina, stop scrolling and just book it!
Safe,quiet and a home. Have been to KoOlina before and this is perfect. Nice backyard to listen to the birds,palms blowing in the winds. Golf cart for rent makes a nice ride to the marketplace or to the lagoons. Pool is close. Maintained well. Its amazing wish I could stay another of months Maholo Steve.
Steve's place is awesome! The lanai is insane! The dyer broke while we were there and he had a new one there practically overnight! Absolutely amazing place and owner!
We absolutely loved Steves house it far exceeded the pictures the pantry had some food the mini split a/c system works great the pool and hot tub is right next door and it has a wet bar , refrigerator, 4 bbqs, and plenty of tables and seating with and without cover Steve was good at communicating with the lagoons we’re very nice the closest one was about a 30 minute walk and only a 5 minute drive with parking available would definitely stay there again 😎
