Perfect for two people. Close to the beach and Target! We were able to fix breakfast ever morning and having a nice size fridge for more goodies for lunch and dinner when we chose to take a break from all the surrounding fun activities. Sunsets on the beach just two blocks from our unit were fabulous. Peter who manages 3 other units was great to work with and came to our rescue when we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV started working. Thanks again Peter
I enjoyed staying here and I felt so safe!Peter (the owner) gave me a good instruction and helped me a lot. During my staying in Waikiki, a major tsunami warning was issued in all parts of Hawai’i. I felt so scary but he always had the safety of his guests in mind. Nice kitchen to cook! and room was so clean!Mahalo!!
We enjoyed the unit, and it was as described. It was small but very clean. I appreciated the soft sheets and thick bath towels. It was perfect for what we needed.
The room was very nice and clean. The host, Peter, was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Waikiki. I will be returning to Hawaii in a few weeks, and if the room is available, I’ll be staying there again.

Excellent location for visiting Waikiki. Centrally located and an easy walk to popular sites. Peter was a great host. He gave clear instructions and when we had a small issue, he had it resolved within hours. Although the building is older and could use some updates, the apartment was updated , clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. For our 10 day stay, it was a bit small. However, most visitors will find it perfect for them.
This is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki! It is a GREAT location, comfortable, and decorated in the cutest beach theme. If you're not looking for a big resort this is perfect. It's an older building but the unit is so attractive and always impeccably clean. I love the large dressing room with the closet and LOTS of drawers and cabinets to unpack everything. I certainly don't need amenities like a pool when I have an ocean! It's PERFECT!
The location is excellent. Parking was easy. Short walk for food. Condo has nice little extras like beach chairs and beach towels.
The studio apartment was so conveniently located we could walk everywhere we wanted to go for shopping, great meals, and the beach!
The property is as listed, you won’t be disappointed! Communication with owner was FABULOUS and SPOT ON! The security at the hotel is extremely helpful! EVERYTHING we needed, kitchen and beach supplies available and so many stores and the beach within walking distance. We highly recommend this VRBO for your stay!

Convenient location, allowed us to not rent a car, which was a bonus since parking is very expensive. Unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. No one was at the security desk when we checked in and so we never did use that. Key pick up and elevator fob was simple and easy to use.
The spot was very nice. It was well within walking distance to the beach. Parking can be rough, but overall trip was still fun.
For me, this unit was conveniently located and provided what I needed to make myself comfortable. I would consider staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental! The location could not have been more convenient; it’s right in the middle of Waikiki, so we were always close to all the action. Whether you’re looking to catch a nearby event or just soak up the vibrant local scene, this spot keeps you close to everything!
One note for future visitors: parking can be a bit tricky. On our best days, we found free or the cheaper street parking (with meter) within a 15-minute walk. Worst case scenario, it could take up to 30 minutes (this was the case for us when we returned to Waikiki at 11pm on a Saturday night before Halloween (peak). There are pricier parking garages available that can save a lot of time if you’re willing to pay a bit more for the convenience.
Inside, the studio was wonderfully comfortable. The furnishings were cozy, and the bed was such a dream that we even asked Peter, the property manager, about the bedding! And the kitchen was such a delight – stocked with everything you’d need to whip up a great meal. The studio space is cozy but well-equipped, so we enjoyed cooking in more than we’d expected.
The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and easy, which made our experience even smoother. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Waikiki. It’s an amazing value for the location, comfort, and convenience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
