Had an excellent stay at this property. It is walkable to a number of beaches. The property has nice view of the ocean, but not of Hanalei Bay. We could walk around the corner and see Hanalei Bay though and saw one of the best sunsets in Princeville.
There were beach chairs, snorkel gear (in a number of sizes), boogie boards, and even an umbrella at the condo for us to use in a number of sizes which was very convenient. Also, plenty of beach towels for our use.
We took the beach chairs every night to see the sunsets which were amazing. About a 50 yard walk around the corner.
The condo was in excellent condition and would definitely would stay here again.

I loved the ease of access to parking, being able to walk the exercise path, the condo's location (I particularly liked being on the corner), the quiet, and also being able to see the sunset, which was nearby. I did not take any photos. Not too big on pictures!

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.
Location is 10/10. Communication 10/10. Beautiful view from the unit. Close to beaches, golf, Hanalei Bay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to others.Wish I had known there would be construction in the unit above and re-roofing project on buildings across the lawn during our stay.
My daughter and I had the best Kaua’i experience and our accommodations were great. The views were amazing and access to the pool and beach were very nice to have. I can’t wait to come back someday.
This condo is in the absolute best location. Enjoyed the views and everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion I would have is to have a few more small containers with kids for packing snacks and such to the beach. The beach that is just down the path was great and we loved it. Thank you again.

Lovely views from this unit. Well appointed. No direct beach access as stated. Clean with a few electrical issues. Electrical outlets in kitchen were unsecure. Updates to the tv and cables needed as they were frayed. Was never able to speak with owner, but the manager was fast to respond about the excessive morning noise which was surprising.
Tree clean up in the lot at 7am with constant beeping. Manager responded quickly with apologies but said that's part of the island. Then a helicopter landed to pick up a group of people from the golf course across from the unit. Was told by staff and groundskeepers that the private helicopters can land there to pick up golfers. Only happened once. However the manager stated it was probably an emergent pickup. The locals working there, very knowledgeable, stated that the noise is actually a daily issue but in brief bursts.

Remodeling noise. ool key worked for the first 5 days & stopped. There was construction at the pool which was not told to us. They did respond quickly to say it does work. We tried again but the door my arthritis could not manage it anymore. I finally gave up trying to make the stay less noisy but that's was what i came here for. Quiet. Didn't really happen.
If you like activity and a busy condo unit, this is for you. Grounds are stunning. Beware of the overwhelming amount of Nene feces and they will come in the unit if you open the screen.
Clean, well stocked condo in a nice location. Already rebooked for next year.
The owners were extremely considerate. It was well stocked and maintained with plenty of living accommodations for us to be very relaxed and we are so thankful.
Condo was run down. Many items loose and or not working at all. Repair to couch took several days. Not recommended.
My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time at the condo. it was incredibly well stocked with appliances. lots of recreational gear as well. Great info on where to park as the signage in the resort is not too clear. we were a bit concerned with a bottom unit but there was little walking traffic in front of us. we loved the place!
A beautiful place in a great location. Only deduction was for noise and smoking from upstairs neighbors.
This property blew us away. The views were incredible. The pool was gorgeous. The rooms were clean, and had amazing amenities. We were lucky to find such a perfect spot.

The view from this property was stunning clifftop property where we were able to watch the whales from the dining area. The property was well equipped with everything a family may need for their trip to Hawaii from snorkel gear, beach chairs & umbrellas, binoculars and more!. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to entertain the family for a multi-week vacation. Just minutes away from one of the most picturesque towns in all of the Hawaiian island "Hanalei". Grocery store only minutes away as well. The only downside is if you plan to visit the entire island it is not centrally located. It's the perfect location if you plan to stay solely on the Northshore of the island. Very happy with our stay
Wonderful location, very quiet, peaceful and private. The condo was well appointed and had everything you might need—but don’t forget to bring your own coffee!
We loved this place and hope to be repeat customers in the years to come.

Pali Ke Kua was the best property we have stayed at during our visits to the Hawaiian Islands. Located in walking/biking distance to everything we needed for our stay!

This unit is spacious and very well laid out . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very well-stocked . There is no grill on property so cooking is limited to oven and cooktop , not ideal for summer meals . No review of this place could omit mentioning the gorgeous view and lovely setting . It felt very private . I would hesitate to bring small children due to the proximity to the steep cliffs . A little later checkout would be helpful as getting all the towels and linens washed by 10 was rushed and a bit stressful .
We loved our stay here. The apartment had great views and beach access. The pool was a plus for the kids. The location was ideal for exploring the North Shore. A short walk across the lawn and we could watch the sunset over Hanalei Bay. Well equipped with beach and snorkel gear. It would be hard to ask for more!
Location was perfect for our group, away from the crowds. Beautiful property. Loved the ground floor unit, ease of access with suitcases and groceries. Would definitely stay here again. Aloha and Mahalo.
We had a 14 day stay and loved every minute of the trip!! The rental was super clean and had everything we needed, plus the a/c worked perfectly to keep us cool when the trade winds died down. No issues all, we are looking to book again!! Thank you!!

This location was perfect for us! We focused our time on the Northside and enjoyed ourselves immensely!
We love this unit!!!!! We have been there several times. We love the A.C. units, decor, cleanliness and location. The only thing I would suggest would be updating the mattresess in the 2nd bedroom.
