We enjoyed our 2-month stay very much. The location is fantastic. Only one parking stall per unit, but guest parking was available.

The view, the amenities, the relaxed atmosphere of the complex and the place itself was very comfortable. The bedding, air conditioning and kitchen accessories were great. The beach gear was a life saver. Well stocked, close to everything and parking was so close and simple.
Loved the bed, the kitchen accommodations, especially the bathroom fans.
This was the most wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped and has everything you can wish for. The kitchen is made for cooking - it has everything. The bbq grill is a big bonus. The view from the lanai is stunning. We would stay here again anytime.
We go to Hawaii regularly and the Big Island has long been our preference. This location, south of Kailua Kona, has been where we've chosen for years. I believe this unit is the 4th different unit we've stayed in at the Country Club Villas and it is our favorite by far.
The first-floor unit provides a huge lanai with comfortable couches for outdoor living all day long. The unit about a minute walk to the nearest pool (1 of 3). There's ample parking and beautifully well kept grounds.
The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable. We only used one of the bedrooms but appreciated the extra space. The master bed was comfortable and even on the first floor was no problem leaving the sliding doors open all night for circulation of the beautiful winds that come through.
Outstanding sunsets from the lanai each night and a barbecue to cook up anything you want. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. I needed to talk to the management company twice (my fault) and they were fantastic to deal with. Very responsible, accommodating, and helpful.
We stayed two weeks and I wish we had done one more. It's a great destination and I hope we can secure this unit again.
This condo has everything you’ll ever need. It was clean, beds/pillows were comfortable, kitchen stocked with the basics and more, beach chairs and umbrellas available, pool is practically next door, parking spot was close to the condo, in a great and quiet area, check-in was easy. I have zero complaints; I highly recommend this rental.
Overall the condo was amazing very clean and well equipped. It had everything needed in the kitchen and for the beach which was very useful. We also loved the views and the pool and hot tub as well. Overall great stay!
Great furnished 2 bedroom with amazing ocean view patio to drink your morning coffee. We opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh mountain breeze. Unit comes with boogie board, towels, grill, washer and dryer and is perfect for a werek in Kona coast.

I enjoyed my stay in this unit. It suited my needs and the location is great. It is also a bonus that no stairs are needed to access this condo. I was pleased with the accommodations and look forward to booking this unit for my next trip!
