The condo includes its own washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Cable Channels and a telephone with local service. Sun umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler are all provided for your day at the beach.

The Cliffs Resort rests on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land, close to pristine white sand beaches and 45 holes of world-class golf at Princeville. The Cliffs features a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, barbecue areas near each building, oceanfront gazebos and lounge areas, bicycle rentals, fitness center, kids playground, putting/chipping green and tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickle-ball courts. The Cliffs also provides an on-site activity desk, business center and 24-hour security.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three ceiling fans and three floor fans, as well as trade winds, provide adequate cooling.
