We had a wonderful time at your condominium. It was a great place to stay at the view was excellent. The people were very nice. It was very clean and well-maintained. The management company was really efficient and helpful. The place was clean and nice. AC should really be added to the living room, it was too hot to sleep on the pull out couch. Near really cooled down in living with just the fans. There wasn't much wind during our stay. Luckily there was just my daughter and I, so we shared the primary bedroom that had AC. Although it was so loud with AC and fans going, you have to deal with the white noise. After reading other reviews, I agree with putting a curtain by the front door for the hallway light, it is very bright if you have to sleep in the living room. I also agree that the pool water seemed a bit cloudy, maybe with everyone's sunscreen washing off? IDK. Great location overall. It was great to have beach chairs, ice chest and umbrella to borrow.

This is a very nice property conveniently located. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The king bed was also very comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to worry about dirty laundry.

Expected more than what the unit delivered. All furniture was dingy & miserably uncomfortable. Pictures are deceiving. Cleanliness questionable, first night pulled the sheets back and found a glob of matted hair complained & felt no one really cared. The cliff front office staff not helpful asked about questions about shuffle board & putting green just got a woman who pointed over there but neglected to tell where the equipment was sports stored or how to sign up for it? So un helpful! The pool area terrible dirty dusty decking all around and pool water super cloudy & disgusting. All the grounds looked unkept definitely not what we expected. We have stayed at many places in Kauai over the past 20 years and we will not return to the Cliffs.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was well-equipped with great amenities that made our time here comfortable and easy. We especially appreciated the quiet, dark master bedroom—it was perfect for restful sleep. The air conditioner and fan kept the room at a comfortable temperature and provided the bonus of soothing white noise. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we’d definitely come back!

The condo was great. Did not like the bathrooms because there wasn't a countertop to put your items on. It was nice having two bathrooms. We had a problem with the refrigerator icing up in the freezer. Couldnm't be fixed until after we left.

Everything was more than satisfactory except for maintenance workers above and beside our room.
While some would say Princeville is a bit remote, the northern side of the island is just beautiful. Lush, great hiking, some great beaches and a lot of the Hawaiian vibe (especially in Hanalei). This condo has a great view of the ocean from the back deck, and it’s amazing to just listen to the waves. There are great deck chairs along the cliffs too just enjoy the ocean from above. Loved the hot tub at night after a good hike. The condo itself is a bit dated, and the kitchen could use a few more items to make it easier to cook, but overall I would stay here again.

Great condo, larger than expected with a sizable covered balcony. Appreciated having bikes to use to ride around and check out the Princeville area. Located conveniently to Hanalei for shopping and meals out. We'd stay here again!

We really enjoy our spot at the Cliffs. We have a view of whales and various birds from our balcony and access to a lovely pool and BBQ area. We also really enjoy the chairs out on the cliff's edge.

Property location is nice. However, I would pick a different unit next time. The property manager or the owner obviously does not seem to care. Honestly, it might not be the owner, it might be the property manager. Here are list of things that were unacceptable:
1) Bed sheets smelled like smoke, we washed the sheets ourselves
2) WiFi never worked, we used the WiFi from the unit next door. Thanks to the people next to us.
3) No beach towels, we called and it was delivered late.
4) The remote control on the living room did not work properly and we had to turn on/off tv manually ourselves on the unit.
5) we got a note that unit was going to have pesticide treatment and we should be out of unit for few hours
Frankly, all of these things were easy fix, however, it’s just poor service. Note, I hope the owner takes this as friendly advise. The unit is nice, but it is shame the service was poor.
Loved the view and the tropical breeze through the condo was awesome.
Ocean view as advertised. Great location in the cliffs resort. Right by the pool, parking, and just a short walk to the cliffs to watch the sun set.
