The place was as advertised in the photos. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. We really enjoyed having sliding doors on two sides which allowed for a great breeze all day. There is some traffic noise (mainly ambulances) so be prepared for that. Parking is a bit expensive as well. Overall would stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed here for 8 nights with a friend. The place was exactly as was described and depicted in the images. It is in a convenient location close to the beach and lagoon. It was clean and tidy. We had one small maintenance issue that was attended to immediately. The only negative was the air conditioning, it was inadequate to properly cool the space. Otherwise we had a great stay
WE STAYED FOR A WEEK AND THERE WAS A WATER LEAKED 2 CONDOS AWAY FROM US AND AVERY TIME WE WALK BY WHICH WAS EVERY SINGLE DAY MANY TIMES A DAY, WOULD SMELL DISGUSTING, LIKE DRAINING CLOGGED RESTROOM AND WE HAD TO STEP ON THAT NASTY WET CARPET BECAUSE OF THAT. AS WELL AS ALL THE FANS ALL OVER OUR HALL WAY. PLUS THE MAINTAINANCE OF THE CONDO WAS HORRIBLE. WONT STAY MY NEXT VACATIONS TO HONOLULU THERE. NOT MENTIONING THE VALET PARKING PEOPLE WERE SO RUDE AND WITH ATTITTUDE. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND FOR CHANGING MY MIND, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.
Overall it was okay! AC doesn't cool the whole house. The stove wasn't working properly. The toaster oven only worked once,after that it didn't work! But everything else was okay.
Nicely situated property with great views and plenty of living space. It had everything we needed for our short stay.
My friends, son, and I had a great stay at this property. Walking into Iliaki Hotel is beautiful...warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has a ton to offer...coffee shop, restaurant, stores, ice cream shop, Poke shop, convenience store...everything you could need.
The condo worked out great for us. It is a bit older, but that was no big deal to us at all. There were two separate lanais that were great for us to hang out on while my son was napping. One gives you a city/mountain view and the other gives you a water view. If you are traveling with an infant, you probably would not want them on the lanai. I would be afraid they could slide through the bars on certain parts. I was aware of this before booking because you can see it in the pictures, so we just did not let him out there. The only problem we had was one toilet stopped flushing. I called the phone number given and was told since it was Sunday, a maintenance person may not be out until the next day. However, someone showed up just a few hours later. It was great!
The condo is walking distance to so many things in Waikiki...restaurants, shops, brewery tap rooms, beach. It is a great central location.

Great spot to stay in if you want to be close to all the shops and beaches. Was very clean and having the office on the first floor was very convenient. The listing had great views and was very comfy at night.
We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, etc. Wish there were better skillets and more forks in the kitchen. Also, some basics like salt and pepper would be nice. So glad there was a rice cooker!! Place needs updating, but nice overall.
