Our extended family stayed at this house for a week. The house itself was quite suitable for our needs in that it provided separate quarters for 3 couples and 2 children. The location was easy to find, convenient to the beach and ocean and had great views overlooking a premier golf course. The neighboring homes were completely out of sight and earshot due to dense vegetation or fences. The interior of the home was spacious and well-appointed throughout. Everyone loved their rooms and the common spaces. The kitchen had ample utensils, spices and other kitchen necessities which allowed us to prepare meals we would prepare at home.
During the week, we did contact the mgmt company multiple times on a variety of issues, including such items as a missing TV remote, intermittently flashing ceiling lights, debris in the pool (pool vacuum not working), the outdoor grill malfunctioning, no bike lock codes, not enough toilet tissue and a few more minor items. Every time I contacted the mgmt company they were quick to respond and send someone out to try to resolve the issue. Possibly the home had not been occupied in some time and/or the previous renters did not choose to report issues to the mgmt company. Dealing with these issues probably annoyed me more as I was the primary contact person.
In summary, the house was great and the mgmt company was very responsive when I contacted them. I just feel there were far too many existing issues for a premium property.

It was a wonderful home for myself, my kids, and grandchildren. I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the kids in the pool. The private beach was very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves

Outstanding home, both stylish and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax and play. Lots of bikes, beach and pool accessories. Close to the beach and shopping with easy access to great towns, and gorgeous beaches everywhere. And our hists were always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. All 12 of our family members were happy to stay at Champion Ridge and we cant wait to stay here again.

Spend time in the room relaxing, watch the big goats walk slowly around the golf course, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy the BBQ. It was the best vacation ever.
Also, we stayed with 3 families and had everything we needed for our 0 year old's first trip.
And about support, from before to during our stay, they were there to answer any questions we needed.
I would definitely come back to this place again! Thank you for providing us with a really nice place!

We absolutely loved our stay , well stocked kitchen, laundry detergent for laundry, garage had workout equipment-wts, and treadmill. The view and patio area was amazing as well as bedrooms.
A major safety concern was the suction for hose cleaning of pool- the cover was broken and we were told to leave hose attached or take it off.I found that unacceptable to enjoy pool as well as a safety issue for children due to strength of suction. Fortunately next day pool tech arrived and replaced broken cover to suction. We needed more instructions for use of hot tub, and increasing temp of pool.

We had a great time except for the fact there was no place to sit outside when you got out of the pool as it said to not sit on the furniture when wet. One other problem we had was no large frying pan and there was a griddle that didn’t fit the burners. There were 11 adults and the sleeping space was great, but cooking for 11 was a problem. We had maintenance problems when we first arrived and the response was immediate - the man took care of everything immediately.
