Beautiful location. Amenities all working. Loved having the air conditioner as an option. The condo is a bit dated.

The property was well kept and had all the amenities one would need to enjoy their stay. It was quiet and peaceful along with incredible views.

The unit listed here appears stunning and beautiful. I booked it because it was completely remodeled and appeared to have new, confortable beds and was a single floor so we wouldnt have to worry about our toddler around stairs. However when we checked in we were given keys to a completely different which was decorated like the home in the Golden Girls and hasn't been updated in years. The beds were inceredibly uncomfortable and the master "bedroom" was really a loft open to the bottom floor which made it difficult to do anything downstairs without waking someone up. When I asked the property manager what happened they told me the original unit I booked actually wasnt available and claimed they gave us a comparable unit but there is no comparison. She told me she would ask her boss about a partial refund but of course that didn't happen. I think they just expect you to show up and take what they give you because once you are there it isn't like you have a lot of options or flexibility to find different accomodations.
The location is very nice and the resort grounds are pleasant with three pools. But each unit is owned by different people and have different standards of maintenance and updates. If you can't count on the property manager to give you the actual unit you booked, you'll never know what you get until you arrive. I will definately look elsewhere for our next visit to the Big Island.
Loved this condo. View from lanai was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (although knives and “nonstick” pans are not great). Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect view from the Lanai. Even watched whales for an entire day. Resort has three great pools. Our unit was very nice and well equipped except for two minor quibbles: the kitchen knives were terrible and tv remotes were troublesome. The place is very expensive including the extra charges for A/C which was absolutely necessary. But then everything is expensive on the Big Island. That said, this unit and resort are highly recommended.
This property looked exactly as it did online. The grounds were beautifully kept and the ocean front view made the stay wonderful. Would stay here again. There little things that could have been addressed such as the broken screen door we reported to the office and an issue with the sliding patio door screen but it did not take away from our stay.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying on this beautiful property in Kona, Hawaii. Upon our arrival we were greeted with beautiful panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. From every room in the house, you had a water view and sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean in the evenings was breathtaking.
The property has great amenities that we took advantage of such as swimming in the pool, enjoying the hot tub, and cooking on the outside grills. The house itself was spacious and well maintained.
Our stay here in Kona was an experience that my family and I will always remember. If you seek a location that combines natural beauty, comfort, and many activities in the area, then you have found it! I cannot recommend it highly enough!
