We had a beautiful view from our condo. However, the unit they advertised in Vrbo is not the unit you necessarily will get. It was advertised as 2103 a second story, but we were given 2902 on the first floor. . It was clean, and everything we needed, but the bathrooms needed some serious repairs. It smelled like mold. Needs some TLC. Otherwise great property. Pool and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful to listen to the waves, gorgeous sunset from our lanai.

We loved the spaciousness of our unit and the nearness to the water. A wonderful view and great place for watching the waves. We would stay there again except for one thing - it's not anywhere near a sandy beach. That was our misunderstanding. The area is very pretty, a close enough drive to Kailua Kona, and the grounds are well tended and very nice. There was some construction going on and it would have been nice if we had been informed, but it didn't interfere too much. Overall, if you're not looking for nearness to a good beach its a wonderful place.

The condo was perfect. Bathtubs need replacing due to wear and tear. Beds could be more comfortable. The view is awesome and location was perfect. Loved our stay and would love to stay again. Staff, some of the nicest you could ever meet! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
