The place was as described except it also included a w/d so that was a plus. The on site property management/maintenance and security staff were wonderful and attentive. Communicating prior to the trip with the owner was less than successful but all was made well once we were there. The view was gorgeous, pool was perfect for the kids each evening, and we were about halfway between getting to the west and north sides of the island which was great! The one downside was there was no AC in the unit (none have it I believe) so the second bedroom/bath was very hot & humid the entire time. Fans were provided and had to be on consistently. Overall, beautiful place! Would definitely go again.
This was the best place we stayed in our time in Hawaii. Great view right on the ocean, great space for a family of 5, and great location on the island and near a family beach park. The place had everything we needed and was very nice. Pool and laundry on the property. Property management and check-in was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was great - 5 minutes away from the airport, grocery, restaurants, and Kauai Beach Resort (where we had a conference), and a walking/jogging path right outside by the beach. We opted to stay at the condo because of food restrictions, and it was easier to cook some meals rather than eating out all the time. Unfortunately, our stove/oven had major electrical issues. The oven did not work and the stove only when the breaker was on, but there was only high (and no low setting), which made it very difficult to cook. The dishwasher was also falling apart, and required some pushing of random buttons or waiting until the next day when it suddenly would start working again. The manager could not fix this problem while we were there, and we had constant maintenance people going in and out. We ended up using the outside grill or microwave a lot, which wasn't our preferred method of cooking. The place is also strangely carpeted, which felt odd considering how damp it was in the place and often the carpet and the bedroom would be a little damp by the end of the day. We were told that there would be a change of towels and linens/garbage on Wednesday and Saturday, but it never happened on Saturday. And also, just so that people are aware - this island is full of roosters. They are in the backyard, and yes, they do give a wake-up call.
This was a pretty mediocre place to stay. Nothing too bad, nothing too great. The kitchen has relatively low end appliances, pans and utensils. The furniture works but is not the most comfortable and overall the place could use a little updating. Bottom line is this place works but it’s not great. We were not unhappy here but I don’t think I’d book it again.
My wife and I stayed at this location only for a day but the property is very nice and by itself. The gardens around the rooms are very nice full of color. There's a nice little walking trail, all the rooms face the ocean. Bottom rooms in my opinion are best you walk outside and are on the grass. Rooms come with a oven, fridge, and microwave. Comes also with glassware and flatware. I Wish we stayed longer, when we come back will be looking this place up!
