We loved this property and had stayed here before in a different unit. This time was even better, as the condo was updated and had everything we needed. Great views, good beds, very clean, very comfortable & easy to access, close to Kona and to good snorkeling. Check in was simple and we felt welcomed. Can’t wait to return!

You can hear the ocean from the bedroom even with the windows closed-it's great! The condo is VERY well stocked-dishes, office supplies, beach gear. Only problem we had was finding the exact unit-not sure how to help with the directions. We are able bodied ppl but someone with mobility problems would have problems with the distance/steps from parking. My husband was disappointed that there wasn't a lounge chair on the lanai like in the pics. We would definitely stay here again-the sunsets were outrageous!
We enjoyed our stay in the condo. There is a great ocean sunset view from the balcony. In fact, there is a great ocean view even sitting inside on the couch. There is another ocean view outside the front door. The ocean waves lulled us to sleep at night. The furniture was all comfortable and the condo had pretty decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we wanted for cooking. We enjoyed the pools and little beach area. There was a closet with beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, cooler. It was a little difficulty getting our luggage to and from the car because, even though there is an elevator, there are about five little series of steps that you have to lug the suitcases over. We would stay here again.
Stayed here for 6 days. Condo worked out great. Beautiful view from the balcony. Kids loved the pools. Location was excellent. The condo itself was perfect for us. Well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Kitchen set up nicely with many dishes and utensils. Master bedroom/bath were large and clean also had a half bath that was great for a family. Washer/dryer worked well. Overall great stay and the price was very reasonable. Loved that you could book it for less than 7 days which allowed for some scheduling flexibility
The condo was clean and spacious. The views and sunsets were spectacular. Only issue was there was remodeling going on below us. Not the fault of the owners.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location.
The refrigerator smelled awful so I did not use it. Property manager insisted it was my problem and there is no smell. She did get cleaners in. Hopefully the problem is resolved.
We loved our stay. We will be back again this fall. This condo had all the amenities of home and the resort was beautiful. We have stayed at many places in Kona and this is by far our favorite.
First time rental with Vrbo. Listing was accurate. Well maintained and in a great location. Only noise was from the crashing waves. The 4.5 earthquake was a nice welcome home for me. Comfortable with plenty of extras to help make your stay even better. Thanks for a relaxing stay!
