Nice property, nice pool. Very close to beach & shopping.Each room has its own AC unit which was excellent for the different likes.The condo is dated but clean. Get coffee supplies & toiletries for they are not provided.
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this condo. Short walk to the beach where we snorkeled and boogie boarded. We also saw whales jumping right at sunset which was one of the most amazing things I have seen in my life.
Good location near beach with AC in each room, many beds were good for a larger group.
Owner was pleasant and home was in decent shape. Nothing outstanding. Was a tight squeeze for our family of 5- no space to move around beds, living room furniture too big for space etc. It was fine, but we’d spend a bit more next time and get a bit bigger place. “Resort” is very bare bones and I think there are nicer locations in Kihei for the same price.
We had a superb family vacation. We appreciated all that the condo had to offer. Many extra's like beach chairs and sand toys. Location was perfect. Beach across the road was beautiful and many restaurant options close by.
Owner was quick to reply to my texts.
Would gladly rent again!
Bedrooms were not air-conditioned so when you close the door the room's got very hot quickly, also the snorkel gear was stored in the closet in one of the rooms along with other apparatus that a family would use this was a couples trip so we did not need any of that stuff and could have used the closet space snorkel gear had not been cleaned from previous use. Also the security was a little overzealous we were coming in from a night out and headed to our unit, we were a little loud but not obsessive and the security guard whistle to us as if we were dogs found that very offensive
We had such a great experience here. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. Clean, well-stocked, quiet. As it is a newer reno, everything is in great shape and high-end. Having the snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels available made our time at the beach enjoyable and easy. The location was perfect too – easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Set back from the road, this unit is very quiet as well. I'd recommend this unit in a heartbeat!
My husband and I went to Maui for a family reunion and went a few days early to have time to ourselves and so this was the perfect place to stay! It was an awesome location!! The beach was just across the street so it was great we would go there everyday with our chairs that she has there provided, and hang out all day, and then again at night after dinner walk down to watch the susnset! Having a kitchen was awesome and there are bbq's down by the pool. We cooked dinner in every night besides one when we went to coconuts (absolutely recommend that place to by the way)
The only negative thing I would say is that the place is a bit small so it was hard to really even get our suitcases in the front bedroom...but let's be honest when your in Hawaii nothing really can bother you to much! :)
Overall we loved our stay here and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone!!
We stayed here for 7 nights and it was a good place to call home during our time in Maui. The condo is well stocked and has a lot of nice features that make it very home-like. I have nothing but great things to say about the owner, Rebecca, she is very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner before and during our stay. The location is very central to many stores (one block away from ABC store and some awesome food trucks!)...you are only a five minute drive to the grocery store and other fab restaurants/marketplace. Make sure to check out some great restaurants like Coconut Fish Tacos, Three's Bar and Grill, Vietnamese Cuisine and lots of shaved ice places! And Kamole Beach is literally one block away, so it was great to walk over and watch the sunsets or take a dip! For five people, the condo is a bit cramped, but still very doable...the renos are a nice touch. Only complaints I had was lack of air conditioning (just fans) in the bedrooms...it can get a little warm at night. AC works really well. The parking spot is a bit cramped as it is the last spot beside the bike rack...if I had a small car, wouldn't have been a problem but I had a SUV. I was lucky that I didn't have a car parked beside me most of the time, as the space is tight and when bikes are parked, a little bit harder to get out from passenger side. But this is minor as I'm glad I had a parking spot. Only other issue was the phone didn't work, couldn't make any local calls. We really enjoyed our stay in Maui and living in this unit was very comfortable. Mahalo Rebecca for a nice stay. We will always have great memories of Maui.
