Checkin and stay was very easy with no issues or complications. Excellent location 5 minute walk to Charley Young Beach with shopping and restaurants within walking or public transit range.
Condo as advertised, would not have more than a party of four adults.
Comfy beds and couches. Best air conditioning/fan set up I have seen in Maui rentals.
Unit is mainly in the shade so in the evening you can open the lanai door and kitchen window and get a good dose of fresh air, does not get overly hot while you are out.
Only thing it was missing was a kettle. Not missing now as we left one there for furture users.
Access to beach is basically right across the road maybe 5min walk. ABC couple blocks to the right and food land a few more blocks to the left. All within walking distance plus lots of shops and places to eat. Recommend coconuts fish cafe, ABC also serving up some great meals and if you want a delicious burger take a short drive (or walk but it’s a bit of a hike) at the cool cat cafe now in Kihei.

Would’ve been great if there were some more cooking basics… Like a few spices, etc.
The small porch works for squeezing two people onto it… But not a space for four of us to be outside… But no worries since we spent most of our time, hiking and snorkeling And used The unit very little…
Across the street from Charley Young Beach - great for beach lovers.
It was clean and comfortable for the price.
I have been going to Maui for 13 years and the location of this condo is ideal. The condo itself was in every way the most comfortable I have stayed in: super comfy beds, sofa and well-equipped kitchen.

This property's location is great - central to beaches and restaurants and shops. The unit is just as described and the split system A/C is great for summer (way better than just one wall unit in the living room like most other units). Enjoyed they stay!
Super clean, looked exactly like pictures. Had all the kitchen and beach amenities we needed. Really appreciated having the AC in the bedrooms and living room. Cozy and convenient with easy access to beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping, highway!
A/C in the living room was not enough for bedrooms. Would love to have better beach towels. Having cooler was nice.
