Checkin was a breeze, Kitchen well set up, we did not cook a lot. Ocean view from 2nd floor was a hit, close walk to a beach that was perfect for teens who like waves. Host very responsive to minor AC issue in one bedroom.

Could use better stocking of toilet paper, tissue, hot mitts for cooking. The light in spiral staircase is out. Consider adding dresser/drawers in twin bedroom - couldn’t hang everything in closet. Excellent location. Grounds well kept. Lanai is amazing! Very good stock of beach chairs etc.
Spent 8 nights in Kauai in this wonderfully spacious home. Lots of room for the 12 of us to spread out. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings, can't beat the water view! And a short walk to the nearest beach, really appreciated the location of this house. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of both before and during our stay. The woman working on site at the office was also incredibly nice and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again, a great place for a family vacation!!
The accommodations were comfortable, and the upper and lower levels with stairs allowed our family to come and go. The only two things that posed issues were the parking, and the trash. We returned several times to find our allotted parking spots were taken by someone else. The trash is located at the back of the property, and by the end of our stay it appeared as though ours and everyone else was piled high and overflowing, flies and all. We enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach where swimming is safe and turtles rest on the shoreline.
Great accommodation for a family or group vacation. Well stocked with everything you need at home and/or the beach with plenty of room for alone time if desired. Location is perfect for walking to the local beaches or taking a stroll around town. Also enjoyed the beach club.
We loved our time at the house. It was clean and spacious and worked well for our group of 12. The kitchen items are lacking to be able to make meals for the family and we had to bring down items from upstairs to downstairs. And the grill needs to be cleaned. Great location and easy check in and check out. Now just waiting on our deposit refunded since we left it in immaculate condition.
Its was a great gathering spot to celebrate the Holidays for our family of 10. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation!
Manager was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the air conditioners.
Didn't think the photos of the property were a very accurate representation of the upstairs. Property needs some updating and care: curtains in upstairs were off the rod in places, kitchen faucet came off when in use. Was a little disappointed for the price we paid.
Location was fabulous - you could see the ocean and walk to Poipu beach.
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was in a great location. The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our evenings outside on the porch!
My family visited for 10 days and it was the perfect accommodation for our large group! The lanai’s are wonderful to spend time outside. It is very spacious overall. The property is beautiful with so many Hawaiian plants and flowers. The perfect place for family photos. I enjoyed beautiful walks each morning in the surrounding area. You can get to the water in a 2 minute walk! The beach is walking distance as well! Poipu Beach is great including the park for kids! They even have beach chairs, boogie boards, a surf board, and coolers for you to use during your stay which is so convenient. Highly recommend this beach house!

We had a wonderful time there.
The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach.
We just love it and plan to go back again.
The house was perfect for our stay - we enjoyed having the 2 separate units. The 2 big kitchens, the sitting areas, the lovely bedrooms and laundry facilities made it all very comfortable.
The property manager was easy to reach when we had a few minor issues come up. Wonderful location - close to the beach.

My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect.
The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses
The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.
The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.
