My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful and convenient location. The pool was refreshing and clean. We will definitely come back.

This was a great place to stay - it was very roomy and updated. The assigned parking spot was great! The location was mostly convenient except it was a little difficult to cross the highway to get to kona shopping. The place was very clean - the only thing that could be improved is new bathroom towels (they were fairly stained and couldn't really tell if they were clean). Other than that we found this was a beautiful condo in the heart of Kona at a reasonable price!

Nice condo with assigned parking. Walking distance to the Pier and Al'hii Drive. Clean but somewhat sparse furnishings. Helen was very responsive. There is a homeless presence in the area (not in the complex but on the streets). Close to Safeway, Walmart, etc.

This property is well located and handy to grocery store, restaurants and the beach! Helen was easy to get ahold of when needed and very helpful. The condo is well cared for and clean. Our stay was amazing and would highly recommend.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was also close to shopping and restaurants.

Good walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bookstore, Foodland, Longs, and the Kona pier! Can be a little stuffy, but the AC takes care of that.

Five stars, great location, clean apartment with all essentials provided, Helen was a great host who met us on the first day and took us into Kona and gave us a quick guided tour. Highly recommend.
