We enjoyed our stay. This location is very convenient. We found a good snorkeling beach 10 min south and manta tours 15 min south. We loved how close it was to things we wanted to do in the area. The complex is ocean front and we enjoyed the sunset views at the pool. The pool and hot tub were great. The complex has very nice common areas and landscaping. The condo has lots of extras such as a closet full of beach equipment - chairs, sand toys, snorkeling. We appreciated all the hooks to hang swimsuits and towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had good communication with the manager. There were a few things that could be improved. It was 81 degrees in the unit when we arrived and took a whole day to cool to down. The air conditioning is on a 4 hour timer and so you have to keep turning it back on. If you turn it off the condo gets hot quickly. This was an annoyance in the night as I appreciated the white noise and was awoken by it stopping, plus I like to sleep in a cool room. The second bedroom without a/c was not usable so my kids slept in the living room to stay cool. The living room is quite large so there was room for them to pull the mattresses in and sleep there. The sofa bed in the living room has a sign that it’s broken. We appreciated the extra fans in the complex. They were helpful to stay cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. While it’s not a new complex, it is well maintained and the grounds are well kept. Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen, beach and pool equipment, and AC when it got a bit warm inside. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view with amazing sunsets every night. Close to great restaurants and shopping.
Sea Village is a great place to stay. Wonderful pool and bbq area. Plus is a great location, easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping.

Unit was about what I expected based on the description. It is dated, the sofa bed is broken and the kitchen, while well supplied, is full of old pots and pans. The same is true of the beds and linens. The table and chairs on the deck are bar height which for short people and mobility challenged people a problem to use. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was out of order so I cannot comment on it. The property management team was great. Super friendly and responsive. I encourage the unit owner to invest in some updates to improve the experience.

The property overall was very nice. It was on the water but without beach access. Very good common areas with gas BBQs, tables, lawn and pool area. The unit itself was clean but dated. It was described as having A/C but none of the units in this complex had central or window units. Instead, this one had two portable A/C units, one in the living room and another in one of the two bedrooms. The living room unit was too small to do much cooling. Sleeping at night was uncomfortably warm. The bedroom without A/C was almost unsleepably warm. We tried sleeping in the living room but the bed frame in the convertible sofa was broken and unusable. The unit was supplied with an inflatable double mattress which we deployed in the living room instead. It didn’t ruin our vacation, but it made it less than comfortable at night.

Great location, the grounds were very nice, but when we arrived the temp in the condo was 85 degrees, there are only 2 floor A/C units in the condo, and they struggled to pull the temp down very fast, and they have a TIMER on them to shut off, this made our first night very uncomfortable temp wise. My son moved to the couch just to have some relief but still barely slept. We opened up the sofa bed the next night and it was broken . Overall the condo needs a good update on the inside. Would not stay there again and would not recommend, there are better places.

We stayed here 5 nights after a 3 night stay in the Kona Village right next door. This place has a larger pool area, bbqs and picnic tables in a communal area in the middle with sunset views. You can also see the sunset from the balcony in the room! We received a small gift bag with some coffee and travel essentials in the room. Management was attentive and we even got locked out one evening and someone arrived within 20 mins to let us back in for a charge. It's pretty near downtown Kona, but not walking distance. The condo is quite large with 2 different air conditioning units that was nice for our stay because it was pretty warm. Great room with a lot of nice amenities in the room. Make sure you look in all the drawers because we found the guide book that I purchased in one of the drawers at the end of our stay!

The condo is clean and grounds are well kept. Location is good. Beds and linens were cheap and sofa bed was terrible. The floors have no insulation and you hear every footstep above you. We stayed 16 days and was woken up from sound before 6: AM every single morning. Nice pool area, hot tub had issues most days. The next guest walked in on us using the Dropbox key 4 days early. I would recommend for very deep sleepers not using sofa bed.
