The location to the ocean was as described. We enjoyed this beautiful condo and its location in the Lahaina area. We had our own parking spot and a swimming pool very close to us. There were many extras provided like games, outdoor grill, outdoor patio area, and full kitchen set up. It was our oasis during our first trip to Maui. Recommend shopping close to airport before driving to Lahaina as groceries are more expensive.
We’re in love. Waterfront view, spotted rays the first night. Turtles every night after that. The most incredible sunsets and starry nights! The condo was just as described, had everything we needed for a comfy home base. Will absolutely stay here again - Ray is an amazing host! Please note some units are housed by locals - so please be respectful of time and noise rules. Overall an incredible experience, will definitely be back!

Perfect oceanfront condo, has everything. AC only in the bedroom. Ray texted us throughout the evacuation not far away up the hill during the tsunami scare. Quiet, with everything you need.
Great location right on the ocean. Easy access and parking. Plenty of extras...towels, beach gear, etc. Had a great stay.

Quiet oceanfront property with a view not easily matched. Condo was clean and met our needs for two adults. Location of the property is very close to many amenities, but not in the middle of a busy and noisy area. Ownership was easily to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. Fitted sheet was small for the mattress, but definitely not an issue that would keep us from returning.
It is everything you want in your holiday and then some more. Waking up to beautiful, calm blue sea right by your lanai or a morning snorkel and hanging out with turtles by the private beach. Or cooking your fav tropical meal watching breakthtaking sunsets. What a week. Can’t recommend this place enough.Bonus: Coffee, bakery and food trucks at a walking distance. Bus stop right outside for a quick run to grocery store or beautiful bay at Napili.

I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to stay on Maui. The condo was so comfortable. The lanai opens up with a spectacular ocean view.
We were certainly close to the water even though the beach was miniscule. The condo had everything that we needed. The furniture (sofa and recliner chair) needs to be replaced, but the bed was comfortable. The pool was right outside our bedroom window and was noisy in the evening while we were trying to sleep. Driving after dark was tricky for us seniors.
Very comfortable and well maintained condo was perfect size for hubby and I. Beautiful view from living room and outdoor patio. Condo well stocked with beach and kitchen necessities. Owner, Ray, very quick to respond back. Bed comfortable, shower good hot water pressure. Private luttle beach and luttle pool very clean and cool. We will be back!
I loved everything about this place. It had everything I needed. The view is stunning and it’s right off the lanai. Ray was responsive and informative. The A/C was especially nice. Ten or more turtles were feeding off the barnacles right in front of the condo. Several of us were entertained for quite a while. I highly recommend staying here.
Great time here for our 20th anniversary. Definitely would stay here again.
We loved our time here! Place was clean and literally steps from the ocean. We watched whales, sea turtles, amazing sunsets. This place had everything we needed. We would definately stay here again.

This place was perfect! Just right for a couple's getaway! We enjoyed the view, the sunsets, the whales, the turtles and some dolphins right off our lanai. So relaxing!
It was perfect for a few night stay. You are feet away from the ocean. The home had everything that we need to cook meals, comfy beds and beautiful views.
The place is amazing. The views and location alone are great. I was able to see a lot of whale activity off the lanai. Even saw 2 full body breaches on my last morning there. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. The condo is great. They provide lots of extras that were super great to have; boogey boards, beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels. I highly recommend staying here. The condo complex is nice and quiet and everyone is very friendly & helpful.
Excellent location on Maui's west side between Kaanapali and Napili areas. Enjoyed the unexpected inclusions: a pair of beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards! tons of beaches Loved the patio area for hanging out and watching for spouting whales..Small beach area at the end of the building and many other beaches all around in west Maui. Book it!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time staying in West Maui and feel in love with the neighborhood, the condo and the views.
We loved our stay. The location was beautiful and right on the ocean. We saw turtles daily! Very close to numerous beaches and great food (especially papi’s cinnamon rolls). ByuchThose were delicious and highly recommend.

Living in Nevada, we don’t get to hear waves breaking upon a shore line so we just loved sitting on the lanai and reading our books while listening to the waves breaking! And, from the lanai you could see turtles pop their heads up for air! Pretty awesome! The unit was also nicely furnished and corresponding with the owners was easy.
We had a most enjoyable stay in Maui at Sunset Central where the sunrises and sunsets were unique each day. We saw many rainbows and turtles, loved sitting and eating dinner on the lanai, and just enjoying the beauty and relaxation.
It took 25 yrs., but we're back. We had our honeymoon on Maui and couldn't wait to get back now celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was in a perfect location. Close to shopping, dining and beaches. The views are spectacular. Everything was provided for the beach and cooking. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Thank you for letting us share your piece of paradise. We're already planning a trip for next year.
Amazing sunsets every night and access to snorkeling with turtles from the condo. It had everything we needed, grilled fresh fish every night.
Not an huge issue, but kitchen gets hot while cooking and doesn't cool down quickly.
Would stay again.
This is definitely an amazing spot to stay for that waterfront and the sound of the waves. We spent every morning and evening we were there out on the lanai listening to the waves crashing. We were there between two tropical storms so it was too cloudy for those sunsets, but still gorgeous. It was nice and close to lots of different spots to eat/visit and we like staying up that far north because we can avoid having to drive up and down the two lane freeway our whole trip. The Plantation House and Hula's Grill were two places we really enjoyed.
