The unit was very clean, we overlooked the lap pool. Very convenient location and activities for the kids. Unit was well stocked with necessities for cooking and play. We had a great time. Look forward to returning in the future. Great communication with the host, fast responses.
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The complex was beautiful, and the condo was stocked with everything needed for a week in Hawaii.
This property was excellent. We loved having the different pools and the closeness to the lagoon.Only negative thing was that our hostess was not there to assist us in checking in. My daughter in law had a different hostess, so she helped us with the process.Hotel staff was superb.
We have stayed at these villas four times before. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. It was such a wonderful vacation. We will definitely rent this unit again next year.
The location and the property was great. The negative points were the internet was poor and the tvβs were difficult to use. I had thought there would have been given the internet access. The front desk had to call the property manger and he told us were to find it in the master bedroom closet. We would definitely come back!
Ko Olina Villas units are roomy with updated appliance. We love the lani doors that really open up the space. We loved sitting outside during sun rise and sun set. You can really fell the Aloha weather! Our unit is located on the lower floors - not much for a view of the ocean or mountains, but that doesn't bother us. I do like the lower floor since its a fast way to get up and down from the unit. Everything in the unit was clean and well equipped for a longer term stay. The Villas offer up two pools and a fitness center - all very well taken care of. Only negative, which ended up fine, was the location of the parking. It is located underground at the building opposite of the unit. Not a big deal, but it would have been easier for us if it were in the same building. The coves at Ko Olina are great, especially for kids or adults who aren't great swimmers. The beaches are nice and fine - one of the best on the islands. Would stay here again!
Ko Olina is a fantastic place to stay and having a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and having plenty of space for all of us. There are 4 lagoons in Ko Olina - this property surrounds Honu Lagoon which seems to be the least crowded. We walked around the other lagoons that have the Disney hotel and the Marriott and they were so crowded and crazy, we knew we had made the right decision. There isn't a big restaurant on the property so you need to walk or drive if you want to go out for a proper meal. However, there's a bar that serves pizza, chicken nuggets, etc so we did that for lunch one day. The check in process was a little confusing because you get your key card from the front desk but they don't have any other info for you. So I figured there would be a welcome folder in the room with wifi password, brief how to use the kitchen appliances, etc - but we didn't find any of that. I had to message the property manager to get the wifi information. I've stayed at a lot of properties using VRBO and this was the first one that I had to keep going into my account to make manual payments and they tack on a credit card fee at the end. I booked this place almost a year in advance so I forgotten that they mention the credit card fee in the property details but it's not listed as one of the payments on the confirmation email. So there was a bit of extra work and confusion on my part.
We had a great overall stay! The hosts were very responsive. Check in was very easy. Such a beautiful place in a beautiful location!

Everything in the description was very accurate. Would definitely stay here again. Very peaceful and beautiful compared the hustle and bustle of the city.
This is our 2nd stay at this Villa and we absolutely love it. This trip, we were here to get married. We were able to entertain our guests comfortably and felt right at home.
I think the best thing about this Villa is its quaintness. Since it is not a hotel chain and owned by private owners, it isnβt as busy as the surrounding resorts. It is very family friendly and well maintained.
We look forward to staying here again.
I have stayed on the Ko Olina Villas before and the complex is great. The ad for this villa seems to oversell the quality of the unit. The cleanliness of the unit was lower than expected; as an example, there was a used bandaid in the dining area. The unit is recently remodeled using cheaper furniture where drawers easily fall out. The exhaust fans do not work in either bathroom and attention is needed to the cabinet under the kitchen sink. The bedroom curtains are not the correct size and do not easily move on the rods (OK in a home but not a luxury rental unit).
I will return to the Ko Olina Villas but most likely stay in a unit managed by one of the three large management companies.
Had a great stay with friends. Beautiful place with well kept grounds. The location is fantastic. The properties on either side are not developed (yet) so the lagoon is not crowded. The condo had beach chairs, which were handy. A good assortment of spices too!
We have stayed at Beach Villas a number of times when we are returning to our previous home to visit and always enjoy the facilities and location. The units are usually nice, but over the years have become dated and worn. This unit has some plugs that don't work and a missing chair in the dining set. Some furnishings are added (such as a lamp) and maintenance said it could only service those items that were part of the original furnishings. The owner is very particular with a multi-page rules/requirements document, but did not get it to us until 2 days after we had checked in, but did apologize for getting to us late (but it would have been nice to be aware of her expectations ahead of time). However, we are conscientious tenants, so rarely have we had any problems as we adjust and comply the best we can. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but I would recommend that the owner (and other owners in the facility, not to single this one out alone) keep closer tabs on the maintenance of the unit and update more of the furnishings as needed (the beds were nicely current). Rental properties take a beating as not all guests are as nice to them as they are their own, and it shows if not maintained (and not all guests let the managers know of things that need attention). The rental fees are substantial and it would be of mutual benefit to put some of those fees back into the unit. Thanks for another nice visit home.
We were very happy with this property. It was even better than expected! Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Shower had great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Everything we needed for a beach day with chairs, ice chest, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The only thing we wished we had was another small couch, as it wasnβt comfortable for more than one couple to relax and watch tv at night on the single couch. I would definitely book again!
