The Sandpiper Condo was a great place to stay. The location was perfect for our needs. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Robyn was prompt in replying to messages. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast.

Great location. Condo is more updated than some. Has a hot tub and pool and is walkable to many beaches if you are in shape enough for the trails down. Only things to know is there can be quite a bit of road noise if you are not used to it. I found the sound proofing between the condos was better than most. Cookware was in good shape Furniture has the normal type of wear and tear a beach condo gets. It does get a bit warm. No air conditioning. Wasn’t too hot the week we were there. Probably not above 80.
This condo was just what we needed for our family of four. A couple beach chairs, umbrella, cooler were used every day! We cooked most of our dinners at the condo and used the bbq grills at the pool too. The road is a little noisy but was expected. We loved the birds and trees in the wind. Plenty of fans to keep the temperature down. Thank you! Thank you! We love the Princeville area and surrounding beaches and fun!! Can’t wait to come again!
Perfect location to stay, and easy to get anywhere on the north side from here. We didn’t use the property much but the pool looked nice and the home was clean and had everything we needed!
Condo was as advertised. Location was great and so was the condo!
Very good accommodation that fit our needs. It was conveniently located. The unit was spacious,well equipped, comfortable. BBQs and pool were very clean and handy.

The owner's description was pretty spot on, nice remodel on the kitchen, bathroom and flooring. The corner location did not bother us, as we slept with earplugs with the windows open. Where we had some concerns was the musty smell of the unit when it's closed up as well as the portable fans were pretty dusty and dirty. Lastly, the underside of the bedding needs to be cleaned and freshen up as we noticed dark spots below the mattress. Other than that, the place was fairly clean, no bugs, nice pool and residents of the complex were mostly friendly.
Property was clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was quick. We loved sitting on the patio to eat our meals. Definitely would stay again
Overall wonderful place to stay. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Short drive to all Princeville and Hanalei attractions. Communications with Property Manager were quick and efficient. No problems checking in with clear instructions for our late arrival. No A/C however did not bother us as there were stand up fans that kept us cool at night. Cooking ware, silverware, etc...in kitchen good quality (compared to other places we have stayed). Only thing that we wanted that wasn't available in the kitchen during our stay was a lemon squeezer. However we picked one up at the supermarket during our stay. We were there for 12 days. The only thing about our stay that wasn't ideal was that the apartment is located on a corner and there is early morning (very loud) traffic each morning. The fans weren't loud enough to drown out the noise so I had to turn on my noise cancelling APP to avoid being woken up at 6am-ish when the traffic started. My husband just put in ear plugs and slept comfortably. I would recommend to owners/property manager to have a noise cancelling machine in bedroom or louder fans to make the stay more enjoyable. The noise wasn't a surprise as other guests had mentioned it so we were prepared and not disappointed in our stay. Thank you for a great visit to one of our favorite places in the world!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. Close proximity to many awesome beaches, hanalei, and haena. The amenities were great too from beach chairs and beach towels to the in unit laundru
The place was just what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, the washer and dryer was nice to have, and the overall setup was great.
The condo was very clean and good space. Good proximity to various locations within a short drive. Safe neighborhood and easy check in. Screen on sliding door could be replaced. I’m not sure why it’s advertised for sleeping 4 because it isn’t a pullout sofa.
Excellent unit up-to-date kitchen. Plenty of personal paper products and shampoos. Great ocean toys and chairs. Only thing it needed was an updated outside screen on patio door besides that 5 stars.
Nice 1 bedroom condo. Clean. Nice pool/hot tub area enjoyed by us and our kids. Big comfortable bed in primary bedroom. Very clean, beautiful bathroom. Would stay here again.
Basic necessities were covered at the property. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed great morning walks along the golfcourse path and around the local neighborhoods. The pool was really cold so we didn't use it. Hot tub had a huge deep step that a few older people had a hard time getting out of. There should have been a sign.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville; our accommodation was very comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed and more, including beach items such as towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards. For winter weary Canadians, a perfect get-away!
I put a blanket over the couch to be able to sit on it as it needs to be updated. The curtains throughout need to be able to cover the windows including the bedroom as they don’t. Curtain or blinds in kitchen window there isn’t anything. I feel it is a great place to stay otherwise. Evelyn Hansen
Great location in Princeville. Super clean with all the perfect amenities for the beach with chairs, snorkeling gear and coolers. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. The unit renovation was done very nicely. My only feedback is the mattress was a bit too hard for my husband's and I taste. The hostess Robyn great and super responsive. Insider note the complex is a close walk to the Queens Bath with a gorgeous cliffside hike! I would definitely rent this unit again when we return!!
