Great view and great location! Parking was a bit difficult to find at first and a bit pricey, but was available to reserve.
Overall this place was nice, it’s exactly as described on the website and easy to get to. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The balcony view is stunning and there are beach chairs, pool noodles, and 2 beach towels available there too. It can get quite loud in the evenings with people on the street blasting music from their cars or speakers. It was so loud that I felt the vibration of the sound from the 8th floor. While that’s totally out of the control of the property owner, it did affect how well I slept so do keep that in mind if you’ve got little ones or if you’re sensitive to sound. The toilet is low flow which may be common for the area but I did experience some trouble flushing from time to time. This usually resolves itself if you try flushing again after a few minutes. There is also a plunger available but I didn’t have much luck with that. The tap water tasted fine, but if you want colder water I didn’t have any trouble getting water from the Teddy’s bigger burgers on the 1st floor. Overall, it’s a good place for a good price and I had a wonderful time.
The location was perfect and the room was as advertised. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The view was great, capturing both Diamond Head and the ocean. Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip.

A little bit noisy, but it is in downtown.
The place is overall pretty good, it’s small and pretty outdated, but has everything you really need. Mark is good and responds fast when you need to communicate with him. The location is great and very close to the beach. The one downside is that it’s very loud outside (especially on week-ends) so bring some earplugs.
I really enjoyed staying here. The location, amenities, and views are amazing. The best thing about this apartment is its patio with a breathtaking view. I had beautiful breakfasts and dinners on the patio and couldn’t take my eyes off the ocean.The apartment has everything you need, including some basic cooking facilities, plenty of towels and some beach stuff as well. The bathroom is spacious.The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. But apart from that, I can definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without a doubt. Having a parking spot was also very convenient, as it’s almost impossible to park outside the hotel.

Location is good, but yhe place was much smaller than on pictures. A/c wasn't properly working.
We enjoyed our time here. It was noisier than we expected, due to the restaurant/bar situation on the second floor that we were unaware of when booking. But overall, it was just fine.
Love the location view of the park and Diamond head instead of high rises. The deck on the top floor was a great place to watch the sunset and have a few drinks before dinner. Drinks at the restaurants are really pricey so grab some from the ABC store and enjoy on the deck before going out to eat. Or do takeout and eat on the deck. New Target store right in town is the most economical way to get breakfast and lunch groceries
Overall was a good stay and didnt have any problems at all. Very close and easy access to the beach and shops. I would recommended this to anyone who want to be next to the beach front

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the communication with our host. The views from our balcony were amazing and the room was comfortable. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. A short walk to the beach and shopping. Only negative was at times the outside noise was loud. The view makes it worth it and I would recommend this room and location!

I’ve been to Hawaii many times this was probably the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed at so far. On the down side the room wasn’t quite what I expected
Amazing position in Waikīkī!
Reserved an excellent efficiency studio on the eighth floor of the Waikiki Grand Condo-Hotel with lots of light, a double bed, kitchenette, and lanai with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head and beach/ocean view. Easy check-in and check-out, and easy access to Waikiki restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Also reserved a dedicated parking stall in the securely-gated basement parking lot. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
We loved the view of Diamond head and the beach from the balcony! The location was also perfect and so walkable to all of Waikiki, so for the price we paid, we'd absolutely recommend to anyone and stay here again!
This room was a great home base for our week in Hawaii. The view from both your private balcony and the rooftop deck are 10/10. The beach is literally a 3 min walk from this room. The bed is good enough, but nothing spectacular. The TV is a Roku tv and the coffee pot works great. The host was very responsive, and the front desk workers were always happy to help.
The only bad thing is how loud this room is. You are over a bar and right on a very busy street. Do not expect any quietness and maybe even bring ear plugs. Even with the loudness, I would book again! Thank you all for a great stay!

I loved the location. The apartment was dirty. There was hair on the walls in the shower and sand IN the bed!! I also had to track down the owner to get an email telling me how to check in. I was also incredibly loud! The windows did nothing to decrease the loud traffic noise. We eventually bought ear plugs.
