It was a good stay. Excellent location with a partial ocean view. 2 minutes' walk to the beach, which all of us loved!

A great location across from the beach and close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. Our init was beautiful and a lotOf room for our family of 7. Beach chairs, mats, coolers were so handy on our days at the beach and day trips! Will definitely be back!
Our family of five stayed in this unit for 9 nights to kick off our summer. We originally had been scheduled to visit last Fall, but their staff was flexible enough to work with us to reschedule.
This unit is located on the third floor, but there is an elevator if you need it. We had plenty of space for my husband, 3 kids, and myself. The kitchen was fully stocked in terms of appliances, pans, condiments. The only issue we had was with the dishwasher, it’s not bolted down well and it tips forward, then I couldn’t get it to work. I called the front office and someone came to check it out. It worked fine after that, I assume it was partially an electric issue, because they left the electrical panel open when they left. The washer and dryer worked well, and were inside of the unit. The AC unit worked well, we were able to stay comfortable during the entire visit.
The location is less resort-ish, while you’re able to walk or drive to multiple beaches nearby, you’re still in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, so there’s kind of a city feeling with the ocean right across. We never had an issue with parking. Plenty of chairs and an ice chest.
Overall we were pleased with the rental, I’d say that our only observation that was kind of disappointing was that the floors and walls were not properly cleaned. I think this unit needs a detailed clean, crumbs/dirt between the stove and wall, the washer machine needs a cleaning. Everything else was clean and fresh.

We liked this condo's location by Kam III since it was a little quieter than down by the other Kam beaches. It was a quick drive to almost any of the south Maui beaches. It was well stocked with more than many typical condos (spices and some cooking supplies). The pull out couch was very creaky, so if you have any light sleepers don't put them in that bed. In the deck storage room were chairs, coolers, Beach mats, etc. you need to rent your own boogie boards and the owners say they have had to replace far too many over the years.

We were a family of four (supposed to have been 5) and found this a very accommodating condo. It lacked a little bit of cupboard space for a big grocery order for a family for 10 days but other than that it was wonderful.

We had a great vacation. Condo was in good location. Everything was good except the kitchen was lacking some dish clothes, can opener didn’t work, microwave was very picky and had to unplug it every once in a while to make it work. While the kitchen was well stocked a lot of the pots/frying pans etc had been well used and the finishes were wearing off. A lot of the containers were missing lids etc maybe Saran or tin foil would help. This wasn’t a huge deal but would have been a huge help. I would have also have like to have some bathroom cleaning supplies as over a week is a long time not to clean and I don’t feel we should have to buy those, I don’t think anyone would steal those from the condo. With saying this We would definitely stay there again as we loved the location and the property

The rental was very nice. There were 7 of us staying in the condo and we were all able to have a bed. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. We really appreciated the closet with the beach items since we were unable to bring things like that on the plane. The beds were nice. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the washing machine and dryer were a lifesaver. There were only four very minor things that would have made the rental better. One would be if the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom actually reached the floor of the shower. We were constantly getting water on the floor. The second would have been to know where the elevator was before we arrived. We ended up carrying all our luggage up the stairs since we didn't discover it until after we had been in the condo several hours. The third is the outdoor shower on the property that should be used to wash the sand from the beach off had absolutely no water pressure, so we weren't able to wash off as much as we would have liked. There were the public ones across the street, but depending on the time of day they could be busy. The fourth thing was that we weren't allowed to hang towels over the balcony railing, which is fine, but it would have been nice to have a clothing drying rack in order to hang wet things up on. Our kids were able to use the tennis courts on property and because the complex is situation right across the street from the beach were were able to go to the beach frequently.
Condo was well stocked with kitchen gear, towels, beach toys. The floors were easy to keep clean, beds and furniture were nice, and the air conditioning was excellent. We were comfortable and happy.
