Everything was very good.
Roy was the best! Everything was easy, the location was great, and we hated to have to leave! I am so grateful for the wonderful holiday we got to have here. Highly recommend!
This is a combination of permanent apartments and a hotel. Location to the beach and restaurants was convenient. The place was clean and had amenities, a full fridge, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer. microwave. The only thing I wish it had was pool towels. We had to use our shower towels(only 3 towels for 3 ppll) for 3 days. I would stay again and recommend to friends/family. TY for the quick communication from the owner! We didn't use the air conditioner at all, just left windows open.
Was disappointed there were not enough dishes for 3 let alone 4 but location was good. Air conditioning not very efficient.
It was clean and the Host was great to communicate with. Very attentive to our needs and gave us some great advice about things to do.
Roy was very accommodating when our flight was delayed both to and from Honolulu. We were surprised though that the twin bed was not made up when we arrived (it’s made up in the pictures). We were a mother and son traveling together and booked this room because of the separate beds. I contacted Roy and he explained that the twin bed costs extra but would permit us to use it because of the misunderstanding. A few incidental things were missing that keeps me from giving a perfect rating: A dish towel, face tissues, a clean coffee maker, coffee filters, paper towels
The room was tidy which was nice. However, a couple of the pillow cases and fitted sheets looked stained which was a slight bothersome. There was a sink, dishes and dish soap but nothing to scrub or dry the dishes with. We were provided with bathroom towels/ hand towels/ wash clothes (one for each of us) but no dish towels. The return air vent in the bathroom was covered with dust and lint, needed a good cleaning. The bathroom sink was super annoying as the sides of the bowl styled sink came up high and the faucet was super short which made it impossible to wash your hands without touching the bottom and back side of the sink. We ended up using the kitchenette sink most of the time for that reason. The hallways to the room were a bit dark and needed some updating. On the positive, the property is super close to shopping and the beach. There are laundry facilities on site which are easy to access. It’s difficult to find parking so if you’re renting a car, good luck with that. The onsite parking was always full and not available the duration of our stay.
Walking distance to best area like high end stores
Convenient for exploring Waikiki--an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Also near the bus stop to see other areas of Honolulu. The property was clean. It was small, especially for four people, but that was expected.

Nice condo in a great location for the beach, shopping, tourist destinations. Stayed comfortably for 2 weeks! Would stay again!
The property was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
