Spacious, clean, well stocked, and cozy! We loved our stay here!
The property was clean, well decorated, and well furnished, and we loved it. It had a great layout for comfortable living, plenty of privacy for each bedroom, and the outside dining area was fantastic. I’ve never left a review, but the week we were there the whole time I was thinking, this time I’m leaving a review.
The property was great for our three adult couples. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and nice beach towels. You have to park in the two car garage, which is a little tight to get into if you have two cars. Didn't see other parking options.
We will definitely put this on our list to stay at again. The house had everything we needed and more! Well supplied, beautiful property.
Well equipped, high quality, spacious.We use vrbo a lot when we travel as it is better than cramped hotels and we like to spread out & also eat at home sometimes.The pictures dont do this place justice. It is much bigger than it looks with three large bedrooms, two are full suites and 3 large bathrooms. Nice furniture and bedding in all rooms. For fun we counted pillows: 13,11,9. Smallest room had its own lanai. The kitchen was more equipped than my own home with glasses for every cocktail youd want to make. Two car garage, beach gear, very nice bikes. Spacious living room. 4 eating areas including the lanai. Big place you can almost get lost. AC was good and quiet. Laundry was top notch appliances. We had everything we needed.The property is nice with a small community inside a larger resort. This community had a well maintained pool. It was quiet minus the roosters but this is kauai. The windows did a good job insulating from most noises.Walking paths, nice shrubbery. Queens Bath is walking or biking distance which is good because minimal parking there. Cant miss spot. Princeville has a nice market and hanalei has nice shopping and restaurants all short driving from the property.We have only stayed in one place as nice as this before, in Stowe Vermont.The property management team communciated well, instructions for everything posted and explained.Those reading, pls know i am being sincere. Nothing to complain about with this property.
Was very comfortable. Well stocked with dishware/pots/pans. Nice location. Decor was nice. Pool and grill area nice. Grills need some knobs.Beds very comfy.Parking in the garage all the time was a hassel especially when in and out. Lots of traffic main lanaie.
Great place ,very clean, had everything we needed and more , plus a great pool & spa .

This was our second time renting this condo (previously in 2021). We had an excellent time previously. This time was a little more lack luster, and I can’t quite put my finger on why that is. Master shower glass door was broken and there was a curtain in its place. The kitchen was overly stocked on glasses and flatware, but no spices, oils, anything to cook with. Large expense for renters, and I am guessing these items are left behind by every renter. The frogs were terrible on this trip. I don’t think we got a single nights sleep and were exhausted most of our time on the island. There were bullfrogs in the pond / fountain right across the street, and they were really getting after it every single night. We contacted the property manager to reach out to the Bali Hai Wyndham property to assist and ironically, it looked like they were pumping the pond down to eradicate the frogs literally as we were packing to leave. Not necessarily a reflection on the quality of the rental, but not sleeping did have an impact on the overall enjoyment of our stay,
Our extended family stayed here during spring break. The until is very clean and spacious. The deck is amazing and we used it for endless card games and puzzles. As other review have stated, it is equipped with everything you could need.

This condo exceeded all expectations. 3 couples all had plenty of personal space as well as space to hang out. Gorgeous decor, close to pool, beach chairs,bicycles etc. Kitchen and baths have everything you could need. All you have to bring are clothes and food. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was well stocked from kitchen items to beach needs. The host was super responsive with all communication. 10/10 would recommend!
The condo was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are like a resort. We ate on the lanai every day. The view was wonderful.
Perfect place, location and amenities. You won’t find a better place than this. The condo is stocked w anything and everything you will need. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very nice. Liked all the beach gear and bikes in the garage although we didn’t get to use them as much as I wanted. The hose by the garage was really nice. I wish they had a little smaller cooler. The medium-large size wouldn’t fit in our altima rental (too tall). We picked up one at Foodland.
Inside we could only find 2 kitchen towels, but maybe we just couldn’t find them.
Great location close to Foodland at Princeville Center, and 15 beautiful minutes from Hanalei….very well appointed, spacious condo, many meals outside on the balcony with a great view of the waterfall gardens across the road. Bonus to find lots of games and puzzles keeping us entertained well into many evenings😄 Thanks for the great space!
awesome location, check in, parking (garage), amenities (beach supplies - and every kitchen item you'd ever need), great beds, bathrooms and balcony. Decor -honestly - looks a cheesy in the pictures but it is truly niche and so well done. So much relaxation here.

As other reviews have noted, this house has literally everything you need for a great trip. We’ve stayed in many rentals where there isn’t adequate dishware, beach gear, etc, and this property is the opposite; it’s stocked with items as if we lived there ourselves.
The condo is a short bike ride to Queen’s Bath which is an awesome hike. It’s also a close drive to many amazing beaches. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to Kauai.
We loved the home. It was perfect for our family of six. We’ve rented on the island three times, and this was by far our favorite rental. Clean, well stocked, and perfect location. Quick note: If you want to use bikes, you need to fill out the waiver and send to manager to receive code. This was only piece of info that was not readily available. But the manager was super responsive when we asked.

Beautiful, generally well maintained condo. Neighboring Hanalei is very nice with good beach and lovely sunsets.
Minor critiques:
Somewhat distant from airport and tourist locations on the southern end of the island.
Master bath had minor mold that could be removed.
Queen bedroom bath needs to have shower diverter valve replaced. It limited the water flow to the shower head.
But overall a very nice place.
