My husband and I have just returned home from staying 2 weeks in 1322 Maui Vista. Both check in and check out were seamless. Building One was very functional with good parking, reliable elevator and security on site. Appreciated the respected 10PM to 8AM quiet time that was posted. Condo was ample sized with good storage closets and plenty of hangers. AC in living area worked but the signage concerning the water tray needing to be emptied was perhaps unnecessary as the tray appears to have a drainage system set up. It would have been nice to have extra pillows to make sitting on the couch more comfortable. Lanai was basic in set up; the two chairs would be better and look nicer with cushions. Single lounging chair is tired looking and crowded the small space. Portable AC unit in the bedroom was noisy but worked well. Bed was comfortable. The linens were polyester instead of cotton, not a great choice for keeping cool. Bathroom was set up well with 2 shelves over the toilet for storage plus 2 corner shelves in the shower. Plenty of towels to rotate through. The bathtub is old and tired but adequate as a shower basin. The kitchen is functional with a large, updated fridge, updated dishwasher. There were only 5 forks in the drawer but plenty of knives and spoons. Mugs, glasses, bowls and plates were plentiful. Shortage of wine glasses and no small saucepans at all. Laundry worked well. Happy to have 3 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas there for renters. Condo needs sliding doors on hall closet put back on track and the kitchen faucet needs fixing.

Furniture is old and sofa very uncomfortable. The living room rug was stained and needed deep cleaning. Needs new pots and pans and there was no kettle. Microwave worked but is old. Lanai furniture is old and needs replacing. The whole condo needs painting. For what we paid my husband and I were very disappointed. We have rented lots of condos in Maui Vista but wouldn’t rent this one again.

The kitchen came fully stocked including all of the utensils and pots you would need if you decided to cook. If you are heading to the beach look in the hallway closet and you will find beach umbrellas and chairs plus snorkel gear. Clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels fully stocked as well. It has a laundry and dryer in the kitchen closet and they were even kind of enough to leave some tide pods for us to do our laundry. AC worked fine and kept us cool. Overall I would definitely stay here again spacious enough for four people so that you each have your own space. And the location is everything delicious food and nightlife minutes away. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want something outside the resort area in Kannapali look no further.

Super clean. Super cute. Super close to the beach. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and couldn’t ask for a better deal! We enjoyed this more than the hotel we stayed in in Honolulu and thought it was way more worth the deal! The South Kihei area gets super windy in the afternoon, but we were close enough with a car that we could drive to other beaches and the drive was beautiful all the while. Overall, this place was convenient and super safe. Great stay overall!

Rn 1322, is I. Bad need of an up grade. There was no queen size bed. Only a full and the furniture is all falling apart. The towels were all fraded, and the sheets and blankets were as old as me. I’ve used Maui homes for years but I won’t do it again.
This place was pretty nice, it had everything we needed and all the beach toys we needed. It was only a short walk to Charley Young Park and super close to the ABC store. The beds were okay, sorta worn in, and bedding was outdated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for our 5 day trip and plenty of laundry and dish washer detergent. Very secure place with day and night security guards doing patrols.
