Our family had a great vacation here. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our three children. The condo was well stocked with beach toys including chairs, coolers, paddle boards, boogie boards and more. Would stay here again!
This place was great!! Had so much room. I would definitely stay here again. I have come in the winter it wasn’t as humid. Just something to keep in mind , during the day it does get pretty hot in the rooms. I don’t think this would be so much an issue winter months since I personally felt it wasn’t as hot and humid. I loved that the condo had chairs and coolers and the loft was amazing for two boys! Jim was great!! Answered all of our questions!!
Great central location in Princeville with the golf course as a beautiful backdrop!
The condo is pretty spacious with 2 very nice sized bedrooms plus an upstairs loft via a cool spiral staircase.
We spent a lot of the time (when we weren’t out exploring the island) on the back deck (lanai) and enjoyed all the birds who came to visit!
We did have a slight mismatch about the parking pass and the instructions we received from the property management company, but Jim was very quick to respond and provide clarification.
We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Having a variety of beach items to borrow was great. The beds were very comfortable and having 2-1/2 baths was great with two adults and four children sharing the space. We were able to walk to many Princeville locations, although it was quite a walk/hike to access any beaches by foot. We could access many fantastic beaches by vehicle within 5-20mins. Having a hot tub in the pool area was a bonus as well.
Four of us - my husband and I and our daughter and her husband spent a week at this spacious, well-stocked condo. A great location with excellent amenities! The bedroom and bathroom in the loft would be perfect for children or another couple. I highly recommend this place.
Great property and location. Had an assigned parking pass which was invaluable. Watched every day as others had trouble parking as the front lot was full. Had lots of beach toys and chairs. Some of the chairs and the umbrella were not usable, but we had taken our own so wasn’t an issue. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, but no toaster. Rained for about two hours during the day in our entire two week stay. Close to Hanalei bay for great bogey boarding and to Anini beach for snorkeling and turtle watching. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.
Perfect condo for our stay with 5 adults. Plenty of room and the loft with half bath was a nice plus. Best stocked rental we've stayed in-kitchen had all cookware needed for just about anything. The boogie boards, chairs and ice chests were great for daily fun. A couple issues were resolved quickly with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.
House was beautiful. All the little things you don’t think of were checked off. Neighborhood was awesome as well. Princeville is beautiful and you could appreciate that beauty from either balcony available. Overall great stay.
There is no AC in the house, which was my only issue. They did have plenty of fans and it got quite chilly overnight. If it weren’t for the crispy summer we’ve had, the AC wouldn’t have been missed. I’d still come back again.

Had a great stay at this condo conveniently located close to all the great beaches on the north shore of Kauai. Condo was larger than it appeared in photos. Two full-size king bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom and a loft upstairs(spiral staircase) with a powder room which was perfect for my little kids to share. Condo kitchen was fully equipped with all pots, pans, and appliances to make meals. There even was a blender and a baby gate for the top of the stairs at night time. Property owner bill was very communicative and helpful with a few minor issues that came up. Condo got hot during the day which is expected but every room had fans which helped keep it cool at night. All the beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards were provided as well. Condo is at a super nice complex with a great pool and hot tub just a few steps away. Would definitely stay here again!!
