Great location to all things on Kona side — short walk to beach — can see ocean from porch — parking was convenient — place had great kitchen and comfortable big bed and nice living room area
No hassle, easy stay. Great location!
The property was clean and centrally located for the activities we had planned. I usually stay at Hilton properties but it would have been over 2k plus a daily parking fee. This was much cheaper and no parking fees! I doubt I will come back to the big island, but would stay here again if I did.
The property is well-situated and fairly well-equipped for our needs. Gorgeous sunset views from our lanai and the top floor above us. Comfortable bed and living spaces. Could use some basic equipment such as a can opener, sharp knife to cut those delicious pineapples that we bought at the market, and dish cloths to wash dishes—we did purchase our own items to meet these needs. The condo is located on a busy street but this traffic noise does not enter the building at the back of the property. We were, however, disturbed some nights by guests in the adjacent condo who talked loudly during quiet hours and did contact the property owner but this was not resolved. The guest on the floor above also “klunked/walked” around a lot and the sound carried down to our condo.
We had an unusual issue that Alexa worked tirelessly to resolve for us.( It was nothing to do with the unit.) We were extremely pleased with her effort and the outcome. Thank you
This was a mostly nice place. Set back off the one of the main roads. It was a decent size for just the two of us and had pretty much everything we needed. However, there was problem with water dripping from upstairs into our place in the doorway to the bathroom. Come after 2-3 days of communicating with the property manager and t the maintenance guy (Anthony, who was great), it was due to a new ac unit installed in the place upstairs. They forgot to remove the plug. After that , no more dripping in the room. It started dripping from the AC unit upstairs down Ontario uc unit. Constanly all day & all night until we checked out. They fixed that before we checked out. Otherwise, decent place if they keep on top of these kind of things. Oh, almost forgot, the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything from next door and upstairs. And I do mean EVERYTHING!!! Bring earplugs if you want to sleep.
This place was really nice, had everything needed.we cooked a lot and was pleased with what was offered. There was even a Brita machine. We had an amazing experience.
This place was perfect for my vacation. Great location, apartment was clean, had everything I needed, the owner was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. I would def stay here again
