Was very clean, well furnished, one of the best stays I’ve had.
The set up was very similar to a hotel room. Being at the front of the property made for great access to walk across the street to the beach or on down the road for libations. Also very close to the pool. I personally found the bed to be hard and the pillows flat but my friend had no complaints. I do wish the outdoor furniture was more comfortable to enjoy. Overall it was perfectly fine and i would stay here again! Aloha!

A safe, clean place to sleep comfortably at night was all we needed for our 10day trip in Maui to go well. If you plan to sleep don’t book til the bed is replaced, and don’t book for a honeymoon. The ultra sheer curtains reveal all and the world’s most unsupportive bed will give your chiro nightmares while warding off any hope of Maui-inspired romance. The AC has a sign on it saying 72F is the lowest you can go so it remains humid and hot in the room. Hopefully the bed, curtains and window AC get upgraded.
Aside from the inability to sleep, most everything else about the site is great, including location, accessibility, and you do feel safe in the area. There is ample parking and is easy to find. Regarding price, the nightly fee is excessive for such a small room, unfortunately this is typical.
This is our second stay at the Maui Banyan, and I can't say enough about the convenience of the property - a very short walk to the beach, and extremely close to restaurants and other services. This particular unit has been nicely updated, and especially appreciated is the well stocked kitchenette and washer/dryer, a definite upgrade for a studio condo unit. The TV/cable package is top notch, and the unit is just steps away from the lovely pool area. We would definitely recommend this unit and its responsive owner. Thank you Steve!
Property is located to excellent amenities (onsite pool, ocean and restaurants, shopping & golf).
New tv, new coffee maker … nice to have washer/dryer in unit!

Great room for single person or couple,
My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while on our honeymoon. It was perfect for what we needed! Close to shops, restaurants and beaches and only steps from the pool and BBQ area. The property owners were very responsive when the wifi was down and the check in process was flawless! Highly recommend this property for two people.
