Great location, beautiful view of back of Molokai. The unit was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Just one complaint, the onsite property managers does kill the vibe. That's enough for us not to come back to this particular property. Nothing against Jim or Lorna. Their unit was great but the property managers on site killed the vibe.
We had a relaxing and wonderful vacation! Thanks Jim & Lorna!! Accommodations were very comfortable & heartwarming. Lovely view of the ocean. Swimming was awesome. The ease of getting in & out of condo was terrific!Highly recommend & would return easily!
Excellent place to stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cookware and eating utensils and such. Plan on bringing your own 12 cup coffee filters, The local stores only carries 4 cup filters which is too small for the coffee maker. Place is very clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Bring some good binoculars for whale and dolphin viewing. The beach is very nice for swimming and snorkeling. Saw a lot of turtles and a lot of different species of beautiful colorful fish. The premise has nice grass and is very well maintained. There are chairs available and 4 charcoal BBQ’s. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi also. The people are very friendly there also. Very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying there.
The building itself dose not looks as in the pictures, the building is old and dull, lacks of charisma, But I have to say is clean, the pool was nice and the outdoors is very relaxing, the room again, it looks as in the pictures but … it just feels sad, it needs color, I don’t know, But it was clean and it has EVERYTHING you need for a good stay, from beach towels, chairs, swimming gear

Had an Elevator
The owners are wonderful and quick to answer emails
Shower curtain and decorations were nice and Maui themed
What was not so nice:
Sheets pillows and mattress pads looked old and SMELLED dirty and stained
We had to wash everything to feel comfortable using them
The kitchen cupboards handles are grungy and sticky and need deep cleaning as does the refrigerator door
The unit needs an air conditioner because it was so hot we were all miserably dripping sweat even with fans blowing
The property is very nice and our unit was fantastic.
Corner unit second floor has great views.
Our only disappointment ( no fault of the owners ) there was no beach access. We must have come at a very weird timing as the sand was washed away so far out that the only beach access was a 6 foot drop to get to. Impossible.
After being there for 7 days the sand rose about 2 feet and we did Brave jumping down once but is was very difficult and we did not attempt that again.
However……we did have turtles 🐢 come onto the beach Every day! They must have appreciated having the beach to themselves for the most part!
One day we had 3 turtles come rest on the beach. You could stand right above them on the grass wall and safely take pictures without disturbing them.
Truly magnificent.
I would definitely recommend this place and do hope to return soon ❤️
The owners of several units were there during our stay and all were very nice and welcoming.
This property was a perfect getaway. The views of the ocean are stunning in all weather, the beach is just across the beautiful lawn, maybe 100 ft or so. Whales, turtles and a surprise visit from a monk seal made for some fun! The accommodations were chill, relaxing and laid back, and everything we needed was here. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, great shower! Laundry was in-house which was a bonus. The best part was the lanai where we ate all our at home meals and we spent a good amount of time sitting in the comfy bar height chairs at the table, just taking in the beauty right in front of us, from the calm, quiet mornings to the spectacular sunsets.
We did run into some issues with check-in as it took us an hour to actually be able to get the door unlocked. We never received the important VRBO email that would've given us all the info and prevented that snafu. Next time I'll know to ask more questions before arriving. Jim and Lorna were so sweet and helpful as soon as we were able to connect and they got us in!!
The only other con was the noise at night in the neighborhood. The neighbors dogs barked quite a lot the first night we were here starting at 2:45am and continuing for a few hours. The second night there was loud construction noise coming from the neighborhood starting at 11pm. This was not terrible, just a bit annoying and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of this fabulous place.

We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely condo during our Spring Break in March 2024, and had a wonderful time. Everything you need is stocked and ready to go. The description is accurate, one bedroom, one bath with a pull-out bed was the perfect layout for my wife, my teenage son and I to have plenty of space. The selling feature for me was the proximity to the beach and the sounds of the ocean waves. It’s a second floor unit with a balcony that is a stone’s throw to the beautiful ocean waves. Instructions to check in and out were perfectly clear which made the process stress free and easy. Also, the on site property manager does an awesome job keeping the grounds, pool, hot tub and parking situation clean and organized. All said, a very quiet rental complex, unit is exactly as advertised, we were there for 7 nights, with a rental car, you will have the island at your fingertips to do and see many of the great things this beautiful island has to offer.
Overall we enjoyed our time and for the price it was ok. Hawaii is hard on buildings and appliances and I appreciate it can be hard to maintain everything. There was a lot rust and the overall condition of the unit was just ok. The one thing that was really strange and unprofessional was actually the WiFi password. They choose to make people enter a specific faith-based affirmation. That's fine if it's your residence, but this is a business relationship and you should probably be more sensitive to other faiths and keep something as ubiquitous as a wifi password non-relegious. I will probably stay at the property again, but will likely choose another unit. For what it's worth the A building has better sunset views- especially from the 3rd or 4th floor. I also recommend staying farther away from the big, loud dog living next door that woke us up early every morning.
First day walked out to beach there were 3 turtles on the beach and at least one everyday my daughter was in heaven

Property is in great location but every counter, appliance, and floor was coated with red dust. the unit was plain dirty. And dont understand how you keep the heat down in an unairconditioned unit if the drier is vented INTO the bathroom.
