This rental was so accommodating, comfy, and a great location. There is beach access and a beautiful bbq patio. The rental was clean and offered plenty of space to live. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances which was great for baking, cooking, making smoothies, etc.

The condo is in a great location to explore other locations. There is a wonderful bakery in walking distance called sugar beach. Parking was no problem here.
The unit is located on Sugar Beach in Kihei. The beach access is great and the location is central to getting to all of the Kihei retail establishments (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). The pool was great and a good option for when the afternoon winds picked up and made the beach uncomfortable (sands kicked up, waves, currents, etc.). The unit itself had everything we needed for a great stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is close to everything, the bbq and swimming pool was also great for evening swim. They even allow us to check out late, very accomodating. Highly recommendable! Thank you.
We were on Maui for work and the place was perfect for our needs. Clean, affordable, and convient to just about everywhere on the island.
Nice condo in a central location. The condo met our needs, providing a home-away-from-home feel.
Great location, walkable to a cute farmer’s market and an ABC store, pretty central to wherever you want to go. Apartment was clean and stocked with necessities like towels, blankets, pillows, etc.
Place has everything and all the accommodations you could need. It is a very short walk to the beach and close to everything.
Pros: -Location of the condo was great, ABC store, shaved ice and a coffee/breakfast cafe within walking distance.-Beach and pool area are close and easy to get to. -Laundry room onsite-Unit was clean and had everything we needed. -The view of the ocean is visible from the balcony, not a straight on view but you can see water. The view of the west Maui mountains is also visible from the balcony. -property manager Steve is friendly and had great beach recommendations for snorkeling-instructions are clear and easy to followCons: we only had one major con. There was a plumbing issue in the master suite. The water in the tub wasn’t draining like it normally should and towards the end of our stay it wouldn’t drain at all. The toilet also would not flush and it backed up into the tub. We communicated with the host but pretty much got accused of putting something in the toilet and clogging the system. We were told to contact a plumber ourselves. After contacting several plumbers we finally were able to get one to come out. This was on our last day there and it ruined all of our plans for the day. The plumber came and put a camera down the pipes and turns out the pipes are all corroded and had massive amounts of scaling. We were told the pipes were old, not the hosts fault. I just wished the situation was handled better by the host. The property manager Steve was very helpful and showed more compassion and sympathy. In the end everything was fine, host paid for plumber
The unit and location was great. Everything you could want to relax and cook meals as needed. Loved being steps from the beach.Two concerns: while we were there for 5 days, two people got their laundry stolen from apt laundry room. We were hesitant to use laundry.room. Secondly, there were over 25 notes of does and donts in the welcome letter and posted around the condo. It was anxiety producing that we might do something wrong that would cost us"" It felt threatening.
The Property was nicely situated on the beach. It was nice & relaxing there.Kitchen was well equipped. However, there were nasty notes all over the condo of things previous renters did the owners didn’t like. For example, don’t burn up my pots, don’t slam the door, for every clump of hair seen you’ll get a demerit, and my favorite - don’t bleach my brown towels… (including a hanger in the closet with an example of a bleached towel on it). Who does this? Ive rented many places before and have never seen such negative notes. I also found it odd that I texted the owner asking about restaurants in the area and his response was to google even though he said he lived 5 minutes away. Again, in previous rentals most Owners leave guest books and helpful, not negative, notes with details of the unit and surrounding area. These details are worth mention to me . Some people may not care but I do.
Enjoyed our unit was well cared for seemed to be recently remodeled.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect location. Beach was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed. Grill area was great. Hated to leave!

Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to stores and beaches.
Wonderful stay. Apartment as advertised. Problems with key pad to get in. Owner came and reset. I let him know there was only one key in the lock box to get in on the first day. Upon landing back in Las Vegas on my way home I received a text asking if I had the other key. I never had 2 keys, which I told him. Received 2 more texts later in the week asking if I knew how a pillow case got bleached and later a hand towel. I kind of felt harassed by him.
Great place to stay, right on the beach and in a perfect location to get to anywhere on Maui. Host was great and straight forward to make for an easy stay. Our bed was a little squeaky but thats the only think i can think of to improve.
Condo is in a great location with private beach access. Unit was clean and hosts were communicative.
The property is immaculate. The views are stunning. We had everything we needed and more. Within walking distance is an adorable bakery, ABC Store, and it was an easy drive to get groceries. The beach, pool, and courtyard area were peaceful and never too crowded. We will very likely be back.

Great to be steps away from the beach! Loved being at the bay where the waves were calm enough hang out.
Just a small annoyance, my friends complained about the air conditioning that was not working in the bedroom they had, everything else was perfect.
Nice little place for quiet relaxing getaway steps away from beach,easy access from the rental literally 4 minute walk and not close to touristy areas about a 10 minute drive into town for shops restaurants and food trucks Area with pool BBQ patio beach view with lounge chairs and tables & umbrellas, the unit also had beach chairs , beach towels, This place had all kitchen accessories cooking, dishes, seasoning very accommodating we enjoyed our time although one room closer to the highway noise it wasn’t to disturbing it was manageable overall a good experience and good size property for 4 people
We stayed in this Maui condo for one week. Overall, it has everything you will need to function. Quiet and safe property located 15 min ride from central Kahului with easy access to the most locations in Maui, but away from the crowds. Nice quiet pool with beach access. Close to the shops in Kihei. The owner takes care that everything in the unit works. Good AC in every room. We had a very active week busy with daily excursions, and this unit worked out well for us.

The propriety is nice and suited our needs. We communicated with Micheal before we arrived to let him know approximately when we be arriving and he asked if we needed the pull out couch made up and I said yes. Upon arriving i noticed that the couch bed was not made up so I texted him asking where the bedding was. He quickly called and was a little short and instructed me where to find the linens. No biggie. I also noticed after cooking breakfast the next morning that the dishwasher wasn't working. I didn't pay it much mind and just washed the dishes by hand. In the morning of checkout Micheal called at 9:56 to ask if we were gone. I told him we were leaving momentarily. I had just got out of the shower and was not clothed. Michael barged in the door promptly at 10am. He set some stuff down and said he would be back in a few moments with more. By time he was back about 30 seconds later and we were then walking out the door. At this time I let him know the dishwasher wasn't working. He told me I didn't know how to turn it on, then proceeded to check it for himself . He then scolded me for not telling him and seemed upset. I was so taken back by the situation that I just apologized and quickly scuffled off. In the state of panic getting out the door I accidentally took a beach towel. He wrote about an hour after we left and told me I needed to bring in back. Unfortunately I did not see this until several hours later. We did however return the towel.
Such a wonderful condo complex. Beautiful oceanfront grounds. Had alittle hiccup at the end with the owners asking about damage to their living room console which our family did not inflict. Lesson learned, always take pics of entire condo when you arrive to protect yourselves. Otherwise, AMAZING condo.
