Beautiful and comfortable condo with the perfect location between north and south shores. Equipped with everything needed for cooking, beach days and conveniences like laundry and room to spread out. Property is landscaped with lush tropical plants and truly feels like paradise.
Beautiful property! Right on the beach, and within easy walking distance to the Coconut marketplace and Farmers' Market. Super clean and comfortable! Loved having a full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer.Would definitely stay here again!
I’ve stayed on Kauai many times and this was the best property yet. The location with the view of the bay was perfect and tropical decor is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beach closet is also well stocked with all the fun stuff. I also appreciate having a unit with a full size washer and dryer instead of the mini stackables you see everywhere else. When I return to Kauai I will definitely stay in this unit again. A Hui Hou!
My Husband and In-Laws enjoyed 8 nights here. We can’t stop talking about how perfect the condo was. Not only is the location great, but it really is the nicest condo grounds in the area. “Bay Watch” had everything we could need plus more and was very clean. The host was easy to get ahold of. No complaints! We will be back!
Loved being close the Lae Nani Beach. Walked to the Coconut Marketplace several times. Went to the Farmers' Market on a Thursday.
Ate several times at Lava Lava Beach Club. Dinner at 1849 (Roy's) and Duke's. Luau too

We absolutely loved #335. Newly renovated and tactfully decorated. All areas had a loving homey touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted, and the public areas comfortable and well planned. Want to rent again!
Lae Nani 335 was amazing. It’s very clean, the view was gorgeous and the amenities were spot on. I can’t think of anything I would change and we would love to come back next summer.
This unit was perfect it was clean and had all the conveniences of home the beds were comfortable and the bbq area was also clean. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. A great place for relaxing. The property manager answered the phone and helped us quickly when a smoke detector battery was low. I would definitely recommend and go back.
What a great stay! The location was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, the unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. The cool AC and great view of the ocean were the cherries on top!

Beautiful, newly renovated, well equipped in an excellent location! The list could go on and on. We’ve stayed many places across the state of Hawaii and we love every visit but it would be hard to beat this place!!
This was my second stay in this condo complex. It is a beautiful setting and perfect location for a peaceful place to return after exploring other areas of the island.

We loved Lae Nani! The location was ideal for visiting all sides of the island. Kapaa was also great and the restaurants within walking distance as well as the shops made it that much better. We visited the north and south shores and while they were great, we loved the private beaches and the fact that the pool was easy to find a chair. Our girls also loved exploring and walking to get shaved ice, coffee and food! We will definitely be looking at this condo again!

The grounds have beautiful plantings and a grass area. The pool is lovely. The beach access is nice. Our unit had 2 balconies that we enjoyed. Easy location on east side and felt very safe. People at complex were friendly. Unit has everything you need like washer dryer, dishes etc. Teenage girls loved boogie boards and floats. Unit itself a bit worn so do not expect perfection but we would come and stay again
