I just needed a place to stay while working for a few weeks. The place was clean and functional for the most part. The elevator was out of order for a few days on 2 separate occasions during my stay which caused some inconvenience because the stairwell requires a key for entry, of which, there is only 1. I had a coworker staying with me who worked a different shift. We had to continuously coordinate to ensure access to the building during those days. Other than that, there are no complaints. The view is great. The location is great. The beds are comfortable enough. The place is clean. Everything functioned well in the condo. I'm not sure what more you would ask for.

Our room overlooked the ocean. Fantastic views. Listing photos were 100% accurate. Loved watching the surfers from early morning till sunset from the lanai. Gorgeous sunsets! Hearing the waves crashing against the rocks was exactly what we wanted. The condo kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Excellent location - grocery stores, restaurants & shopping nearby. The pool & hot tub were clean & also on the ocean - great views. Having a gas bbq by the pool area was perfect. No complaints. For us, a perfect Hawaiian getaway.

We stayed 3 nights. Our experience was a huge disappointment in the unit. The unit is moldy, mildewy, dirty and we had only 1 working shower for 2 of the 3 nights. The furniture is covered in vinyl and sagging. The washer worked but the dryer did not do a satisfactory job. The view was gorgeous as long as you were standing on the balcony. The windows are old and fogged. The linens are old and thin. The towels are frayed. The kitchen was relatively new and the refrigerator was clean. The bathrooms were extremely dirty.

Curtains do not cover windows completely, letting in a lot of light.
Sliding main suite door had a defective panel.
Sliding laundry machine door was broken upon arrival but then replaired.
No lower level staircase key available in case elevator malfunctions.

We could've used some more paper products like at least one extra paper towel roll and more than one extra toilet paper roll, and more dishwasher detergent. We didn't find any beach towels and bath towels were limited. Otherwise I get not wasting a lot of soap etc. parking and check out was easy. We loved sitting on lanai and watching surfers. The cleaning smell was too strong on arrival.

There’s a little tiny beach right next door which took us a 4 days to discover. Wish we had found it sooner as it has nice shade trees and a beautiful view as well, and the lanai can get pretty hot in the afternoon sun.

We absolutely loved this unit! The king size beds are SUPER comfortable in both bedrooms! The location is perfect! The living room furniture is dated but very cozy - the tv was perfect for all of our streaming needs. There are 3 split AC units and ceiling fans in every room! We were never hot. They provided some beach/water items like chairs, a cooler and an umbrella, which were nice perks! They have a few beach towels but they are thread bare and not absorbent at all. The kitchen is stocked pretty well - It would be nice if they would add BBQ tools, a muffin pan, and some sharp knives, but I’m kind of picky about kitchens since we cook so much. The washer and dryer are small and it takes a long time for clothes to dry but was thankful to have it.
We would definitely stay in this unit again and again simply for the comfy beds and perfect AC.

The covered parking is well lit, the pool was refreshing , the hot tub was big and perfect for watching the sunset, the 2 grills worked perfectly, and the community lanai was a great place to play games. The complex is quiet too.

We have a great 9 day stay! Very relaxing view, we seen dolphins and enjoyed watching the surfers all day! Wonderful kitchen amenities to cook all our meals. We enjoyed our time away together.
We had friends in another condo and we had fun playing cards at night.
