The condo was in a great location which made it super easy to walk to shops, the beach, and restaurants in Waikiki. There was no parking available and I had to pay 50 a day for overnight parking about .5 miles away. There were 3 adults staying in the room for 5 days and were only given 2 bath towels. When asked for another towel I was told I could do laundry on the other floor. I am on vacation not here to do laundry and share a towel with my parents. I thought it was nice that they gave us a complimentary box of chocolates. The room had a weird chemical smell in it so we had to open up the doors every time we came back to air it out. The WiFi was difficult to connect to and stay connected. Everything in the condo was SUPER outdated. My parents slept in the bedroom I slept on the pullout couch which was not too bad.
Full kitchen, clean rooms, ton of towels and bedding. Plenty of paper goods as well
I love the staff and the location
We got our 1 bedroom that we wanted, the location was good. We got used to being on 3rd floor & hearing the traffic noise. We'd get the same room if we could on another visit. The place does need an extra small chair, we did use a camping chair to help watch tv at night. Its a cool, thank you
We booked this property due to it's central location and pool/hot tub, which was important to our family. On both of these fronts, this property could not be beat! It's a centrally located with short walk to the beach and casual dining. The pool turned out to be a reasonable size and the hot tub was seriously hot, which we love. The only downside was that it's in the middle of a restaurant's casual outdoor seating, so come dinner time, we felt a bit awkward staying.Other Pros:- Full kitchen, super convenient- Updated bathroom- Comfortable bed- Lucked out with early check in 4 hours earlyCons:- Dark carpeting in living room and bedroom which felt perpetually damp and not so nice to walk on - Musty odor. It helped to leave patio doors open while we were out to let it air- Futon bed was very uncomfortable with metal rails that ran through it even for my 9 and 14 year old kids, who can usually sleep anywhere. All that said, for the reasonable price of the rental, it still seemed like a good value for the location and rec area. I just could not rate it higher mainly because of the musty smell, carpeting, and sofa bed, which were hard to overlook. This might be best for a single or couple that doesn't need the sofa bed and is not particularly sensitive to smells or allergies. Overall, though, we still had a lovely stay.
great location to walk most anywhere rooms are dated but clean and bed was comfy and good shower. good value would stay again for sure. also, enjoyed Donnie Rocks the bartender by the pool and the had good food too so a shout out to Sam and his staff for that!!
Great time. Great building amenities! Close to beaches . Food trucks. Stores. Etc. Comfortable bed. Secure building. 3 small ocean views.
Did NOT love it. The furniture was not only sub-par, but in fact the stools to sit on were so shoddy that one collapsed, and the dresser drawers did not work.
Loved central Waikiki location and price. Apartment and building are dated, but clean.

Great location, nice common areas and wonderful jungle-like pool & Jacuzzi space with refreshments.
Very impressed with this property. Perfect location - 2 blocks to Waikiki Beach, one block to the Hyatt (main pickup / drop-off for tours) and bus stop right across the street. Easy access to shops, restaurants and bike & moped rentals.
I stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks. The location is great, close to everything. Apartment itself needs some updating and was not supplied well. A few upgrades could make this place so much better.
