Overlooking Anini Bay, this cozy studio suite is the perfect place to be while on the island of Kauai. Lots of amenities to enjoy. The resort offers easy access to top Kauai shopping, dining, entertainment, state parks, national wildlife refuges, beaches, natural landmarks, museums, and historic sites.
The space
The studio units are 330 square feet with 1 queen bed and a full bath. The studio units consist of a half fridge, coffee maker and microwave. While the studio units do no have its own washer and dryer; a laundry facility is available within the resort. All studio suites have an adjoining door to a 1-bedroom deluxe suite.

This resort utilizes floating inventory, therefore, the suite is not assigned until the shortly before the time of the guest check in. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform but not necessarily the exact unit you may be assigned.
Other things to note
Registered guest must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID and a credit card for the refundable security deposit.

A credit card is required for the $250 refundable security deposit requested at check in. The security deposit is released at the time of check out. The number of days to return to is dependent upon the financial institution.

Guest's are required to pay the Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax directly to the front desk at the time of check in. The Hawaii TAT is equivalent to other state's hospitality tax. This is approximately 10.25% of the accommodations cost.

January – March has a milder climate and is prime season for whale watching.

All studio suites have an adjoining door to a 1-bedroom deluxe suite.

Please be aware that this resort does not have access to elevators or air-conditioning.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.

The resort will be undergoing renovation from March 2025 through December 2025. During this time, noise, dust, odor and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subjected to change.
