If you are looking for a dream vacation, this is the place. Wonderful house, plenty of room for 6 adults. Clean, fully equipped kitchen. We made a number of meals here. Snorkeling off the beach was fabulous. There is a horseshoe shaped reef to the left of the property that is teaming with beautiful fish. The neighbors were very friendly. Steve, the host, is awesome!! He is quick to reply and very responsive. We visited 4 islands and this was our favorite, in part, because of the house.

Perfect vacation spot for the 5 of us with plenty of space and large bathrooms. Easy drive to Hanalei. Steps to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.. couldn't ask for anything more! And the host was always very prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. Mahalo!

My daughter graduated from high school and wanted to quiet beach getaway for her grad trip. This house was perfect! Steve was very responsive to my questions! It was an amazing trip!

We traveled to Kauai primarily to relax. Being just steps away from the sand on a breathtaking beach was priceless. It was how we spent the majority of our time. The spot was great for snorkeling too.

This part of our trip was stop 3. We saved the best for last! Awesome location and chance to just relax. The house had everything you need. We could plan some local trips (recommend doing well in advance for reservations) or just relax on the beach. We look forward to making it back

There isn’t AC but the wind comes in strong through the windows all the same. Lots of room in the house. Had issues with ants in one bed. Not much hot water from the showers. Short distance from Tunnels Beach. Walked next door to Haena State Park shuttle. Food at next door restaurant was yummy.

Location, location, location. We love the sound of surf, snorkeling and hanging out on the beach and this house gave us everything we wanted. The house was well equipped, the ocean breeze kept the house very comfortable, and Steve was fabulous. When we return to Kauai we will book again. It was perfect.

I'd be remiss if I didn't begin by acknowledging the communication and responsiveness of our host/owner. Over the course of nine months, Steve was immediate in his reply to any questions we had concerning the property and our stay. Whether it was related to transportation, massages or tips on snorkeling, the information was immediate and accurate.Upon arrival, we were having some difficulty with our TV. I called Steve first thing and he said he'd have a new 75" smart TV delivered that same day. Not only did he make good on that promise, but he also delivered a brand new refrigerator. The washer and dryer were top notch and brand new. Maintaining a beach property is an impossible task against Mother Nature and the salt air, but Steve's focus on maintaining appliances that typically need replaced regularly is to be commended.The location in terms of its proximity to water and a swimmable beach is unbeatable. You are fifty feet from both. All common areas enjoy this proximity; the views are spectacular from inside. The north shore is by far and away the most beautiful and verdant location in which to stay. A helicopter ride easily confirms this.The kitchen is equipped with anything you would want for meal preparation, making dining in an easy experience with the best views imaginable.A great experience all around!Thank you

The house does not look like the pics, it's hard to see through the windows, the roof leaks water into the house when it rains. Everything is very dated and feels dirty, the ceiling fans appear to have mold on them. The beach is very nice, but we would not return to this house. He offered us a discounted stay next time if we agreed to write a 5 star review and he charged us an extra cleaning fee since we said we would not.

We loved staying in this home! The beach and deck were a great place to watch the waves, the whales and even a Monk Seal. The Ocean sounds were a perfect background to a great stay. The beach was a great place for our kids to play in the sand. We also loved star gazing at night!I bet in the summer the snorkeling is amazing but the currents were too strong to do much in Feb.The home does have a few quirks and hiccups- but nothing that affected our wonderful stay! The property manager was helpful with questions and was very prompt with getting us informationI would absolutely stay here again- It was so nice to be away from the busier parts of the island.

Home had everything we needed and beds were extremely comfortable! We had a monk seal visit us directly in front of the house, and 3 sea turtles swimming around in front as well! We love all the colorful birds that land on the balcony. Family of 6 (3generations) had plenty of room..thank you Steve!
