Overall, this was one of the best VRBO properties we've experienced. The online description matched the property. It is located ina quiet, residential neighborhood only 10 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Very nicely equipped with coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. Well-stocked kitchen. The grounds were beautiful, although the pool got very dirty each day requiring some work to get it swimmable. Overall, highly recommend.
The house and the whole property are thoughtfully designed, private and well maintained. The garden, pool and outdoor seating area are very enjoyable. No mosquitoes. The property manager is very responsive.
This place is incredible, I typically don't splurge this much, but it was well worth it. There was 4 of us in all and we spent a lot of time here relaxing in the pool and watching the whales breach. The ocean is distant but the whales are so massive you can see them rather easily. It's about 15 minutes from anything and very private. There's a cute beach down the way that can get busy, but also convenient. About 20 minutes from Kaanapali resort area and 30 minutes from Kihei. Kitchen area opens up to an outdoor dining area. Don't forget to feed the Koi and turtle out front. Fruit trees on the property to make lemonade and orange juice. Tons of amenities for the beach, kitchen and bathroom.

A property management person met us at the property and explained how things work. Nice touch! During walk around identified that patio doors not working properly. The doors were usable, just didn't slide open. Doors were fixed on our last day there. The other issue, was the pool heater not functioning properly.We first saw this property over 2 years ago, and when the house was available during this visit, we jumped at the chance. Location is excellent as is the ocean view. The outside living area with the many fruit trees, allows one to "live" in the Maui Spirit. The morning bird noise adds to the ambience. As does Harold the turtle in the Koi fish pond out front. This was a fantastic place for our last few days on Maui. We'll be back!

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It's beautiful, private, clean, and centrally located. It also has all the beach/pool/snorkeling gear you could want. We didn't have to rent a single thing during our stay. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Wonderful place to have family privacy and enjoy the views. The host Lynn Tayler was seamlessly but constantly in touch and ready to help, but the home had lot of supplies and necesary daily products. Therefore we didn't have to request anything extra. Overall injoyable property to spend time with the family.
This rental hit every expectation I had! The house included everything we needed from coolers, beach chairs, floats, and even some dumbbells for a couple early morning workouts. This place was simply amazing. The only thing is that if you like the idea of swimming at night, the pool could be a few degrees warmer. Felt perfect during the day, but just a tad chilly at night. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back!

We had an amazing time on Maui and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The outside space was so well appointed. We didn’t want for anything. My husband is an outdoors guy and kept saying he felt like this home was built for him! On one side of the house was the quiet tranquil koi pond and the other had the pool with the amazing views. Every morning, I had my coffee while overlooking the ocean. The sunsets were gorgeous, too! In the informational binder, there is a list and map of all the fruit trees. This was super helpful and one evening, we walked around to see them all. Unfortunately most things weren’t ripe enough, but we did pull a couple of limes for our mixed drinks. We also loved the outdoor shower for when we returned sandy from the beach. Both showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The amenities were amazing! The garage has everything you could want for a day on the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, Tommy Bahama chairs, floats, boogie boards, noodles... The kitchen was the same. As soon as we started to wonder if they had something, we found it! We did make a Costco run (best prices) and Safeway run while there and cooked breakfasts and some dinners. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke right before we got there. Lynn was great though and contacted us while we were on our flight over to let us know. The owners also left a gift card for Mala Tavern for our inconvenience. It was one of the best meals we had there! I highly recommend getting reservations for 6 -6:30 so you can see the sunset. It was so pretty!This place was like going to a fully stocked family members home. If we ever go back to Maui, we would definitely come back. The views are just so breathtaking!! The location is terrific too. You are more centrally located. We could get to the Northwest side of the island just as quickly as the southwest side.
