We like the location, the condo, the condo complex. Kitchen was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed.
Nice to have access to some pool/swimming equipment in the garage.
Some light bulbs were out when we visited and it took a while to get replacements.
Other than that, everything was good.

If you're staying in Kona for a longer period of time, Alii Cove is simply the BEST! This place is one of the rare gems where pictures do not do it justice - the townhome is huge and has literally everything you could need for a stay in Hawaii. My friends and I stayed for a month, as we were working remotely - we could not have had a better experience. The wifi was excellent - with multiple people on Zoom all day, we never had an issue. We walked to the "downtown" restaurants almost daily and enjoyed Honl's Beach across the street multiple times a week. The pool/jacuzzi in the complex was such a nice way to unwind and all of the neighbors we met were so friendly. The view is just gorgeous - we enjoyed countless sunsets and dinners on the lanai as well. Alii Cove truly became like a home away from home for us all and I could not reccomend it enough!
The property was amazing. Looked exactly like the photos and had everything we could have asked for. Location was perfect too. Fantastic holiday.
Would definitely come back. Property had everything available that you could ask for. We had to do some cleaning when we got there and left cleaner than when we arrived. This does not reflect on the property or the owner. Some broken glass under table and greasy kitchen appliances. Still fantastic experience.
We stayed at the condo for five weeks during Ironman World Championship (sept-oct 2018). There were six of us for most of the time. The house was spacious and full of amenities. The air conditioning was good. The location was perfect.
Everything you could think of was there. And even if it wasn't there (in my case - a scale) they bought it the next day. Water filter in the fridge was also changed the next day after I asked about it. Any questions or inquiries were answered super fast.
We really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend the condo!
