We loved this property, which is obviously well maintained and cared for. The extra touches like towels, beach gear, etc were very much appreciated.
Definitely needs a deep clean. Other than that view is amazing and Ali’i Villas never seems to disappoint us.
While we do look for places with a capacity of 12 family members, the Alli Village was very nice. Everyone had lovely condo facility. the pool was wonderful, and the location was great. We only wish the big island had more convenient and less expensive sandy beaches to enjoy. This place was very nice and staff accommodating for questions asked. Thank you.
Great condo and good location. Our view was amazing and we saw whales and dolphins every day. The condo was perfect for our needs.
Very nice condo. Accommodation and property were as described. Perfect location to many of the activities we had planned for our trip.
The stay was fantastic! There were few small issues and one big issue with reservation but all got resolved to full satisfaction! The communication was quick, prompt and always to the point.
The rental was very clean and very well supplied. Would love to come again one day...
We enjoyed our 40th wedding anniversary at this awesome condo. The views were beautiful, the sunsets were stunning the location was exceptional. We were able to take in some shows, went on some tours and enjoyed the whole Kona Coast. This trip was just what we needed, we did enjoyed every bit of our trip.
This was our third stay in this particular complex. In 2016 we came with very good friends on our very first trip anywhere. In 2018 other family and friends came at the same time as us and we all stayed here. And now for 2023! There is a comfort in having some familiarity with your surroundings when travelling out of your own country. This location was our comfort! Why change what works so well? and thank you to the condo owners who allow others to us them!
We had a wonderful vacation staying at this location. It's perfectly centered to everywhere you wanted to go. It's close to shops, markets, beaches, and restaurants. I wouldn't walk it in the heat though. The condo itself is a bit dated but I love the comfort feeling of the place. My kids loved it and want to come back. The view from back is amazing. The sounds of the ocean and breeze at night is the best. We really enjoyed staying here.

Our family stayed at Ali’I Villas recently and enjoyed our stay. The condo offers beautiful views of the ocean and the west coast. Located about a mile from the main shopping district, this residence is a perfect starting point for many activities around the Big Island.
