This is an absolutely beautiful location! Beautiful views!
Location was pretty nice! I loved that the turtle cave hike was right there! A little bit of a climb with ropes to guide you in some parts but we are pretty good climbers/hikers. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some Tupperware. We used the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella daily which was super helpful! I wish the dishwasher was working but they were clear that it was unfortunately broken and wouldn’t be fixed until our stay was over. I do wish the knives were better. They were extremely dull.overall our experience was just about perfect! Check in and check out was easy and the hosts let us know there were there if we needed;)

Only partly renovated, windows and ceiling mold
There is much to like about this condo. Location! Walk around the grounds and enjoy that you are near the cliffs of the magnificent ocean! Landscaping is stunning and the drive in the neighborhood makes you feel you have arrived on the most beautiful part of Princeville. You are so close to beautiful beaches such as Anini Beach and Hanalei Bay. Such a quaint town filled with wonderful coffee shops, food trucks and restaurants to explore.
Corner upstairs condo offers lots of lush views and sunshine thru large windows. Very new sofa, sofa bed, soft accent chairs and great large TV with every app. Internet was usually assessable. Views of wonderful tropical trees, flowers and shrubs offer a great sense of relaxation. Sitting on the balcony makes one feel you are across a tropical jungle. Lots of fans in each room with ocean breeze but AC would be nice as it can be very humid and hot at times. Extra large master bedroom with easy to sleep in king size bed. Master bathroom appears newly renovated.
Towels and blankets, boogie boards, beach chairs, ice chair and large umbrella very helpful.
However, there is room for some improvements. Dishwasher, counter above it and sink needs to be replaced. Needs new modern dishes and coffee mugs that are microwaveable and oven pans to be be able to utilize the oven. The new washer and dryer were great! Beware of large VRBO feec(unexpected)that is above price for this cute condo. Great stay and would stay again!

The place was spacious, and fit our needs for 5 days. Pictures in the listing were as advertised. Wouldn’t stay there again however. Given there is no AC, the window flaps are constantly open, and there is mold behind the curtains and various hanging hard surfaces indoors. Not sure if the window screens were completely sealed-Woke up to a few flying insects landing on me. In all, felt like I was camping. However it did have a great view of the mtns and ocean. The management company was responsive to messages and exceeded expectations.
This place was very nice in terms of location, spaciousness and affordability. We loved the art work and simple furnishing. Somethings could be updated such as the dishwasher and dinning chairs. The view was very lovely and the space was bright and airy.
