excellent location and view. Property was clean and well appointed. Issues that arose were dealt with promptly and appropriately. Looking forward to next year.
Great three weeks in this comfy condo
The condo is very clean and functional. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need even if you decide to cook. The shining light, of course, is the location. Right on the ocean and easy walking distance to anything in Kailua.
We contacted Leslie the owner regarding the issues and she denied they were a problem!
Kitchen dishes are in need of replacement. The coffee maker did not work. Loved the actual unit, kitchen just needs some updating.
My wife & I enjoyed our stay in so much Kona, in no small part to the awesome condo we stayed in.
Very nice property and location to the downtown area. Pool and spa is very nice. We enjoyed our time. Only one thought is that after being closed up for a few hours there tends to be a slightly musty smell. It goes away quickly once the door-wall and entry doors are opened. This would not prevent us recommending the property. It was very clean and well kept. Kitchen and bathroom are both nice. Ocean view is spectacular. Leslie is good to work with and answered all our questions. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay.
The oceanfront view from our condo was exceptional. We were able to watch the ocean and its magic every day. We were close to many amenities on AliI Drive which was also very handy.
Our condo had everything we could have possibly needed and Leslie was easy to access and took exceptional care of us! Mahalo Leslie and Kailua-Kona!
This oceanfront condo has beautiful views and is walking distance to downtown Kona. An array of restaurants…Huggo’s is our personal favorite. We had a great time sitting on the lanai every morning watching surfers. Definitely recommend!!!

This location will always rent because of where it is located! It’s in a beautiful scenic area right in the heart of Kailua Kona, right on the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing right outside our lanai was lovely! The view was/is spectacular!
There are things that I look for when booking a premium (meaning expensive!) short term rental, such as location but also the quality of amenities like sheets, towels, kitchen furnishings, access to additional items (cooler, toilet paper, paper towels etc.)
The place could benefit from a good overhaul and it feels small upon entering. The Air Conditioner dis not cool very well, but there is adequate fans to help circulate the air, it got hot on a couple of days even with everything shut and the AC on high.
The amenities were most disappointing, the beach towels provided were threadbare and scarce, there weren’t additional sheets for the bed, after the second night we changed them due to an unpleasant aroma coming from the bedding or the bathroom, the coffee grinder didn’t work, and some of the pans were warped completely unusable.
Upon check in, we were provided a building address but not the unit number which was frustrating, and delayed our usage. The property is good, the pool is cool but usable and the hot tub was nice, Getting into the pool was a bit dodgy, as the key doesn’t immediately open the lock.
We spent 8 days in the condo and I do feel it was overpriced for what we got for our money!
